When Will Kelly Ripa Return To Live With Husband Mark

Live With Kelly and Mark has aired a full week of episodes without Kelly Ripa herself, and fans are starting to become concerned.

According to Ripa’s co-host and husband Mark Conseulos, his wife is currently recovering from gum graft surgery.  Keep reading for all of the details, here’s when you can expect Kelly to return.

Kelly Ripa Leaves Live

Kelly Ripa’s final appearance on Live With Kelly And Mark was back on July 27, 2026.  Kelly revealed that she had just underwent a painful surgery on her mouth and wouldn’t be able to talk for a few weeks.

Obviously, the she couldn’t host her daytime television show if she couldn’t TALK. According to People Magazine, there has been a lengthy list of replacements on Live since Kelly’s exit.

The list includes, “Kevin Jonas, Mila Kunis, Pamela Adlon and Scott Foley filled in during her first week away, while this week’s episodes so far have featured appearances from Sarah Chalke (on Monday, Aug. 3) and Jenna Dewan (on Tuesday, Aug. 4).  Déjà Vu will sit alongside Consuelos on Wednesday, Aug. 5, before Carrie Coon and Michelle Buteau finish off the week.”

When Is Kelly Coming Back To Host?

Right now, Kelly and her husband Mark Consuelos are BOTH on summer hiatus and the episodes of Live With Kelly And Mark that are airing right now were actually filmed several weeks in advance.

According to reports, Kelly will technically return on August 10, 2026.  But, her official return from medical leave won’t be until September 8 when they go back to live shows.
