Theresa Caputo’s Shocking Confession – Fans Accuse Her Of Being A ‘Scammer’

Okay, ‘Long Island Medium’ Theresa Caputo’s fans are not happy at the medium’s latest revelation, and frankly, I can understand why.

The star, who rose to fame for allegedly being able to talk to the souls of the departed, recently revealed that her powers do not stretch as far as people might think.

Whilst the abilities of a medium is not something that is generally trusted, Theresa Caputo’s is even under more question following her latest revelation.

For years, Caputo has made money and gained fame off of telling people that she can talk to the deceased, and even go as far as to deliver messages to them.

Through this, she has managed to snag reality TV shows and make live appearances, enough to draw in a sizable audience, and convince a number of people of her credibility.

However, she seems to have thrown a wrench in the works with her latest revelation on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s ‘Off the Vine’ podcast.

Speaking on the nature of her abilities, the ‘Former Long Island’ star shared that she doesn’t necessarily get every information she wants when she channels a soul. For example, she cannot actually tell the future.

“That’s not what I do. I get it. Trust me, I’m the first one to say that what I do is crazy. How can someone communicate with someone that has died? I get it,” she confessed in the episode titled ‘What Really Happens When We Die,’ adding, “But the way that I have the souls channeled, there’s no way that I would know certain things.” She also encouraged fans to have an open approach to her unorthodox craft.

Fans were not okay with this candid confession, with one blasting her for being “like all the scammers.” They wrote: “She’s like all the other scammers, ask 100 questions and you finally land on something, give me a break anyone can do that.”

Another person joked, “I see the future, Caputo gets to the pearly gates and has to explain the grift on thousands of impressionable people ….boom, down she goes.. but the wig stays, will make great nesting material for doves.”

Yet another fan simply commented, “she’s a con artist plain and simple.”
