Suddenly Amish has certainly left viewers wondering about the validity of the show considering some of the issues that have occurred.

The most recent of these has been the decision for Kendra Bates to pack up and leave. However, Kendra defends her exit saying her reasons for leaving were pure.

Suddenly Amish is certainly controversial if nothing else. The series revolves around six English people who desperately want to change their life by joining the Amish.

Unfortunately, some of these people are not willing to give up their English ways. Kendra proved this when she decided to run off to a motel with Matt.

Kendra and Matt were attracted to each other from the start. However, they point of them joining the Amish community was for them to marry into the Amish, not to pair up with another one of the English.

Kendra and Matt going to the motel together was certainly not something that is considered to be acceptable.

Kendra Bates Has Mennonite Roots

Kendra has been an Onlyfans model and wanted a different life. After leaving for forum, this was a great opportunity for her to change her life.

The Amish and Mennonites live somewhat similar lives, so this seemed like a great opportunity for Kendra because of her Mennonite roots. Unfortunately, sins of the flesh seem to cause issues for Kendra.

Kendra turned to social media to explain why she left and to defend her decision. Kendra also reminds fans that this is a reality show and you only see certain parts of the series. Kendra believes that she made the right choice by leaving the show and returning home to her family.

Kendra says that is how she knew it was time to go. Some fans were sympathetic to Kendra’s plight while others called her out on her lack of commitment to change.

Kendra says she enjoyed her time there; however, it doesn’t seem like this was the right move for her.

Hopefully Kendra gained some insight from her experience that will help her in relationships down the road. Once the season ends fans hope to get more information about all of the participants.

Fans also wonder what happened between James and Emma after she decided to leave. Emma was obviously jealous of James feelings for Kendra and it looked as though James gave her every reason to be.
