Taylor Frankie Paul will not be returning to ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,’ and in a recent social media post, the reality TV star finally opened up about the reason behind the hard decision.

Before ‘The Bachelorette,’ or any other projects were ever on the table, Taylor rose to fame on the Hulu show, ‘Secret Lives of the Mormon Wives.’

Even though the show remains a central part of Taylor’s career in reality television, especially since her run on ‘The Bachelorette’ did not end up happening, she has decided not to return for another season.

“I don’t desire to move forward like this,” Paul shared in an Instagram post, weeks after the season 5 finale ended. She accused several of her co-stars of “bullying,” and said that the harsh treatment ultimately affected her decision not to return.

A source, speaking exclusively to US Weekly, appeared to agree with this sentiment. “It is a mess between the girls behind the scenes, and everyone has really turned their backs against Taylor Frankie Paul,” the source revealed. “

Taylor has not been in a good place mentally and does not have many people who are supporting her publicly, which is hard.”

Even though Taylor rose to fame on the controversial show that sees “Mormon wives” attempting to subvert traditional Mormon customs, it wasn’t until the clip that shows her beating the father of one of her children went viral that she ended up in a boiling soup.

At the time, many of her brand endorsements dropped her, and ‘The Bachelorette,’ which she was set to lead, canceled her season.

Since filming ended, two of her co-stars have publicly revealed they don’t plan to return to the show, on the account of her.

“I’m not comfortable being a part of something that continues to platform behavior I don’t agree especially given my own experience growing up in a home with multiple forms of abuse,” Whitney Leavitt previously announced.

Taylor, on her part, has firmly stood her ground and accused her costars of publicly bullying her. “Some of the girls know what I’ve been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their ‘statements’ knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I’ve endured,” she wrote in a statement shared on Monday, September 21. “Almost the entire cast plus some, going at me….laughing about my kids is disgusting.”
