Apparently, Prince William is not afraid of cutting off things and people that don’t add value to his life, and this trait, according to a Royal insider, is exactly the kind of mindset the Monarchy needs to survive this generation of scandals.
I mean, you think Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest picture, which somehow made its way into the Louvre museum, is top-notch high quality scandalous material? Well, think again, because the SNL just made its British debut and, let’s just say that the Monarchy will forever be changed by its presence.
But worry not, because Prince William has a wise head on his shoulders, and he knows exactly what actions to take to turn the tables around.
Prince William Has the Right Approach To Controversy, Royal Insider Claims
The Wales family showed that they’re still headline material when they attended church this Easter for the first time since Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis.
With the girls in breathtaking gowns and the boys in tailored suits, the image of the Waleses attending church quickly went viral online.
“William is not afraid to make hard calls. And right now, that’s exactly what the Royal Family needs,” an insider told Rob Shuter.
In fact, prior to that beautiful moment on Easter Sunday, a source had revealed that the Waleses were adamant they would skip attending church with King Charles, if certain members of the Royal Family were going to be there. “The message was simple. If certain people are there, we won’t be. You can’t have a royal event without William and his family. If they don’t show, the whole thing collapses,” the source said.
What this basically means is that even though William is yet to become the King, he is still, more or less, already controlling the narrative.
As for talks that Harry and Meghan might finally be offered the half-in half-out roles they’ve always wanted, the insider disagreed, sharing, “[Prince William] doesn’t forget, and he doesn’t forgive easily. If you cross the line, that’s it ”
William was also described as the type to “hold a grudge,” and with the Oprah tell-all, the Netflix docuseries, and the ‘Spare’ fiasco between the two of them, it’s essentially not wrong to say that Harry and Meghan have essentially burnt all their bridges with the Prince of Wales.
