Prince Harry’s Flirty Texts Raise Questions About Royal Privacy and Boundaries

When Prince Harry is not busy slaying dragons, he’s happily getting into bed with one.

Between 2011 and 2012, Harry sent a string of flirty messages to then-Mail on Sunday journalist Charlotte Griffiths.

Prince Harry Called Journalist “Sugar” And Joked About Drinking Her Under the Table In Resurfaced Facebook Messages

Prince Harry’s lawsuit against the publishers of Daily Mail has come to an end, with closing hearings exposing the flirty messages Harry exchanged with Charlotte Griffiths.

“It’s H, incase u were confused by name and picture!!! X,” the 41-year-old wrote in a message dated Dec. 4, 2011.

“What a fun weekend of naughtiness – can’t we all get up to no good in the countryside every weekend damn it?? Smooches,” Griffiths, now 40, responded.

In another exchange, Harry was adamant to know why he earned the nickname “Mr Mischief,” when he could very well carry on polite conversations with total strangers, as well as “beg them for money for charity.”

In Jan., Griffiths reached out to “H-bomb” to ask him why he was absent at “Arthur’s last week.”

“I WISH I was there sugar but unfortunately stuck in Cornwall doing Army stuff,” the duke replied with a sad face emoji. “Otherwise I would have been there playing and then drinking u under the table, obvi!!”

He continued, “Just wish I could have been there…especially now that you’re there! Dou ever work?!!…. Hope you’re really well Griff…Miss our movie snuggles!! I’m off comms all week incase u think I’m being rude, keep me posted xxx xxx xxx.”

Expert Weighs In On How Prince Harry’s Flirty Messages With Journalist Would Affect His Credibility In Court

The reason Harry, and six other claimants, including Elizabeth Hurley and Elton John, sued Associated Newspapers Limited was because the publisher reportedly engaged in a “clear, systematic and sustained use of unlawful information gathering” over a period of 20 years.

Factoring in the fact that Harry exchanged these messages with Griffiths, who is now editor-at-large for the Mail on Sunday, British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital, that it could well affect his credibility.

“They met at a party hosted by a mutual friend,” Chard said, adding, “Griffiths referred to him as ‘Mr. Mischief’ and joked about a ‘weekend of naughtiness.’ The messages exchanged over 10 years ago were revealed during Harry’s privacy lawsuit.”

“This revelation has sparked debate about journalist ethics and the royal’s private life. However, this could well complicate Harry’s case and undermine his credibility. People continue to question his consistency and judgment. It certainly weakens his argument that the publisher used unlawful methods to gather information about him.”

Harry has accused several members of his family of getting into bed with journalists, so it’s quite the turnaround to find this instead.
