Netflix Cancels Meghan Markle’s Cooking Show After It Fails to Turn a Profit

After two seasons and a special, Netflix has decided to drop Meghan Markle’s ‘With Love, Meghan’ as if it were a hot potato. This is coming after the special ‘With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration’ failed to earn a spot on Netflix’s top 1000 shows.

Per the streamer’s engagement data, the hour-long programme accumulated 2.4 million views and 2.3 million watch hours from December 3, 2025, ranking 1,022nd.

The second season of the show ranked even lower, coming out at 1,224th most-watched show for the second part of 2025.

The diminishing interest seems to have convinced Netflix that the show doesn’t have a strong audience to carry it.

According to sources, Meghan Markle will have to find new ways to sustain her lifestyle brand, after the loss of her Netflix show ‘With Love, Meghan.’

Even though the first season performed reasonably well, ranking 383, after accumulating 5.3 million views, it’s been a bit of a sharp downhill from there.

And so, Netflix has decided to quit whilst they’re ahead. “It is not returning as a series. There have been conversations about holiday specials, but there’s nothing in the works yet,” an insider revealed.

A different source told Page Six: “People will see similar cooking and crafting on Meghan’s socials for the brand, but more bite-sized.”

With the help of her growing Instagram presence, Meghan means to carry on sharing her knowledge in the lifestyle space, regardless of what the naysayers have to say.

And the naysayers have a lot to say about her “cringey” and “egotistical” show.

The Christmas special, which aired over a month ago, got Daily Mail Annabel Fenwick Elliot giving it zero stars.

“It’s the syrupy hypocrisy and our hostesses’ deep lack of self-awareness that continue to make her and this show so unlikeable,” the reviewer blasted, adding, “If only she could lean into her waspish, Type A personality – poke a little fun at herself, even – she could just about be endearing, in a Monica-from-Friends sort of way.”

While it hasn’t been officially announced, Meghan reportedly means to continue her good work sharing her unconventional lifestyle knowledge in the form of a cookbook. I’m sure fans couldn’t be more ecstatic over this little news.
