General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) might betray Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) once her facade falls apart. Is Chase’s life in danger when he discovers the truth about Willow?

Chase Remains Firmly In Willow’s Corner So Far

Currently, Chase remains firmly in Willow’s corner; he believes that Willow is innocent of shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), feeling that justice was served when she was acquitted.

However, Chase is still eager to see Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) face consequences for his actions that night when he fired at Drew. Although Michael isn’t to blame, Chase’s perception of guilt is fueled by Willow’s deception.

 Recently, Willow placed a key to Drew’s house on Michael’s keyring, which Chase has now discovered.

He confirmed that this key allowed Michael access to Drew’s residence, further solidifying his belief that Michael was the one who shot Drew.

Chase Is Headed For A Serious Disappointment

Chase has been a staunch protector of Willow for months, but the GH writers are preparing him for a serious disappointment. What will occur when Chase finally sees the true nature of Willow and the depths she is willing to sink?

Eventually, Willow’s facade of innocence is bound to shatter, so let’s ponder how Chase will react when that moment arrives. Initially, Chase may be reluctant to accept the truth, but he might ultimately have no option but to confront the reality that Willow has been deceiving him.

The most effective way to persuade Chase of Willow’s wrongdoing would be for him to overhear her boasting to Drew once more.

Chase May Not Believe The Truth Unless It Comes From Willow Herself

Unless Willow reveals the truth, Chase may struggle to stop defending her; he might need to hear her confess to shooting Drew and drugging him.

Recently, Willow narrowly escaped when she didn’t know Chase was in the house while taunting Drew-luckily, it was a false alarm, as Chase warned her before he could learn anything damaging.

But next time, she might not be so lucky, and Chase could turn on her if he finds out she’s been manipulating him-he may not be able to rationalize away something that’s clearly in his face!

If that happens, Willow might betray Chase and risk his life-after all, she’s already taken bold steps for Drew, so she could easily target Chase next!

The scariest thing is that Willow will do ANYTHING to keep her children, and she considers attempted murder in that “ANYTHING,” which could put just about anyone in danger from her!
