General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, January 6 tease Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) finds herself busted, and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) is in tears on the witness stand.
Also, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shouts in the courtroom, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) makes things clear to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) realizes she’s been played!
Charlotte’s Busted
At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house, Charlotte arrives home to see Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is there.
Charlotte looks like a deer in the headlights as Lulu says he’s here to talk to her about the little stunt she pulled this afternoon!
Question is, did Nathan track her all the way to Carly’s house where Valentin is, or just to the Quartermaine stables where Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) took her the rest of the way?
Valentin had warned her that even if she thinks she wasn’t followed, she could have been either followed or tracked. What is she going to say and do now, now that she’s been busted?

Jacinda Is In Tears On The Stand
In the meantime, back in the courtroom where Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial has reconvened, Jacinda is in tears on the stand as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) questions her.
Alexis demands to know who she was actually with during that time period, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) or someone else?
Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) has already admitted under oath that he was with Jacinda in a motel on that night, although he fudged on the time. Alexis called him on it, having the log sheet from the motel in her hand and showing it to her.
Will she lie, to try and preserve Michael’s alibi, or will Alexis badger the truth out of her?

Drew Shouts In The Courtroom
Drew shouts in the courtroom to Willow, “that is reasonable doubt!” Alexis’ strategy is to prove reasonable doubt by showing that there could be another shooter besides Willow.
Drew is blackmailing her to make sure Michael goes down for his shooting, if he doesn’t, then neither she or her remaining daughters will ever see Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) again!
At least Drew is satisfied about the reasonable doubt part-although he won’t rest until Michael goes down for the crime!
But the trial isn’t over yet, there are still more witnesses to call forward and interrogate. Drew probably shouldn’t count his chickens before they’re hatched, and neither should his wife!

Valentin Makes Things Clear To Carly
Still in Carly’s attic, Valentin makes things clear to her about why he feels like he has to leave now-when they still haven’t completed their plan to take Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) down.
Charlotte must have mentioned Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and his implied threats to her about Ace Cassadine (Kieran and Karis Barry) to her father as well as her grandmother.
Valentin tells Carly there are lines that Jack won’t cross that Sidwell will, and he doesn’t want to endanger either Charlotte or Carly by staying there!
Sidwell could be a danger to Carly and her family members because of her association with Valentin. It’s bad enough he threatened little Ace, just a toddler!

Tracy Realizes She’s Been Played
In the meantime, Tracy is in the Quartermaine mansion sitting on the couch, and she’s highly upset, realizing she’s been played! She tells someone, “she played me, and I fell for it”!
Surely she wouldn’t be THAT upset over Charlotte wanting to ride her horse Hades, she has to be talking about something else! But then Tracy has a hard time admitting when she’s been wrong, and she sure was wrong to trust this person.
It’s certain that Tracy also will be called as a witness in Willow’s trial, so she may be talking about Alexis and her questioning of her.
The two women never have gotten along, and Tracy may be upset having inadvertently making things worse for herself or Michael, or both of them, where Drew’s shooting is concerned.
