GH Spoilers: Sneaky Sidwell Grooming Ava to Replace Willow?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is blackmailing Congresswoman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) over her treatment of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Last week he complained to his other blackmailee, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), about Willow’s outlook.

Sidwell is irked that Congresswoman Cain wants to use her role to do good and help the little people, but all he cares about is getting what he wants.

Sidwell’s Anger

Sidwell was unhappy with Drew’s congressional performance which is why he provided a drug to Willow to keep Drew incapacitated so she would take over his position.

Willow is supposed to do as Sidwell wants and her not working his agenda could turn out poorly for her.

For example, will Sidwell pitch a fit to learn that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) is living at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house?

Willow’s Reticence

Sidwell told Willow to move back Scout into her and Drew’s house but Scout spends most of her time at grandma Alexis’.

Sidwell could accuse Willow of not following his orders, but he will surely have an issue with Willow’s telling Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about Drew’s drugging. Willow told Nina about all Sidwell’s involvement and he’s the one supplying the locked-in drug.

Nina Now Knows

If Sidwell learns about Nina’s knowledge, he could target her to keep Willow in line since he didn’t ok Nina being part of their scheme.

Brilliant Willow now has a syringe with Nina’s fingerprints on it but Sidwell may not care and demand to have the syringe as leverage. Do you think that Sidwell is ready to pull the trigger on Willow due to her disobedience?

At the very least, Sidwell could issue a warning shot to Willow. Perhaps threatening to yank her Congressional seat. Willow is drunk on power so that would impact her going forward!

Let’s face it, Sidwell can get a new puppet any time he wants, maybe Ava Jerome (Maura West) for example?
