General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, April 7, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, expect Cassius Faison/Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to issue an ultimatum to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Let’s start off with one couple, who has a date night. However, the night goes all wrong. The date night could be one of several couples.

From a preview clip, it appears that it might be Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). 

We see them getting cozy, but could something interrupt their moment?

Trina Robinson’s Supporter

Then, we see Trina, who was just confessing how nervous she was to perform in front of everyone.

Just as she gets nervous, Gio is right there. Extending a hand, Gio says they can get through this together.

A Father’s Demand

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) knows something is up. The man demands the truth from Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

The commissioner says they are keeping a secret, and he wants to know what.

One Man’s Ultimatum

Over with Britt, she faces a tough ultimatum. As she sits and listens, Cassius aka Nathan gives her a demand.

She either delivers or she’s on her own.

The tone he uses is really harsh and is much different from Nathan’s usual voice.

Lucy Coe Cautioned

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, April 7 reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gets caught up with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

However, she isn’t pleased by Lucy’s report. The young woman declares that Lucy can’t operate a business this way!

Then, Curtis says that it’s just up to her.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis Celebrates

As for Kristina, she’ll be dolled up and ready for Charlie’s Pubs reopening. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) assures her it’s going to be a great night.

However, with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) wanting to punish Sonny, Kristina could end up collateral damage once again.

It sounds like there could be more bloodshed between Sonny and Sidwell.

However, what happens when Sidwell finally finds out who really caused Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) death?
