General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal Steve Burton’s (Jason Morgan) take on Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) fate and the blame game regarding Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). On Friday, January 18 Willow was found not guilty-but what will happen here on out?

Willow Put Her Life In Alexis Davis’ Hands

Willow entrusted her life to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Alexis has done everything possible to defend her client to the best of her abilities, according to the American Bar Association.

Naturally, she faces criticism; some critics are just as clueless as anyone else about Willow’s guilt or innocence. Then there are those few who are certain that Willow is guilty.

Meanwhile, Michael is moving forward with Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell). Ever since he discovered Willow’s affair with Drew, he has mentally and emotionally checked out—Michael was completely disengaged.

Michael Had To Distance Himself Out Of Self-Protection

He had to distance himself because if he didn’t, his strong feelings for Willow would haunt him and interfere with his life.

From that point on, he adopted a full ‘never look back’ attitude-Michael attempted to erase Willow from his life and that of their children. By the time she said, “he’d better not,” Michael had already submitted a motion for full custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko).

At one stage, he even confessed that part of his motivation for seeking custody was Willow’s happiness with Drew. That indicates- J-E-A-L-O-U-S-Y; plus, it’s vindictive and spiteful.

Michael Corinthos Scorned-Hell Hath No Fury!

His wife did cheat, that’s true; is that okay, definitely not-however, cheating doesn’t mean you should lose your children.

Single mothers who have faced this terrifying situation, been lied about, and slandered to use the kids and the legal system against them can tell you, it can push any mother to her limits.

If it were real, then Michael, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Jason-and anyone else who kept kids from their mother would be cut off for good.

Michael and his supporters have done a grave injustice to those innocent children. All because of Michael’s jealousy… now here’s Steve’s prediction!
