GH Spoilers: Does Liesl Know She Had Twins & Has Been Protecting Cassius All Along?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is back in town on the heels of the big reveal that Nathan West is really Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey).

No one in PC suspects a thing but his sister Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) knows the truth.

Which has us wondering, what does Liesel know about her twins? Let’s dig deep and find out GH fans!

Cassius is working for Sidwell and Cullum

Plenty of soap moms give birth without knowing it—Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) comes to mind.

We have to ask, does Obrecht even know she had twins and if so how come she never mentioned it? She gave up Nathan to hide him from evil dad Faison, so did Faison raise Cassius?

Theres no guarantee that Obrecht knows she had twins and perhaps Cesar raised Cassius without knowing about Nathan.

What Does Obrecht Know?

As you can see, we are smack dab in the middle of a mystery wrapped up in an enigma strangled by a riddle when it comes to Cassius!

Cassius has fooled everyone except for Britt. But after an exciting Friday cliffhanger, we could get some answers.

That’s because Liesl said she hoped that Faison isn’t alive and later talked with Joss Jacks (Eden McCoy) about Nathan impersonating Cesar.

Joss irritated Obrecht with her clumsy questions but we think she may have jogged something within the doctor’s unconsciousness.

Will she now notice inconsistencies with “Nathan?” Perhaps she does and talks to Britt about it. Liesl at first may simply be trying to root out that Cesar isn’t masquerading as Nathan, but she could find a larger truth.

Obrecht’s Instinct

Are you ready for Cassius to be unmasked and do you want his mom to be the one who does it? Cassius is a lying fraud and as such needs to stop playing with other people’s trust.

Britt has told Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) not to trust Nathan and we think that’s a big clue that his identify is about to be exposed.
