Even though they moved the nest to the nature preserve in Tuesday, October 6th’s episode, you know Serena will want to visit frequently to check on the baby birds!
The Assumption Is The Peregrine Falcons’ Nest Has Some Eggs In It
The assumption is the peregrine falcons’ nest has some eggs in it, and perhaps one or two may be hatched; otherwise, why would the adult falcons hang around and squeak, squawk and scream?
No one will be surprised if Serena makes frequent trips to check on the progress of the fine feathered family, and make sure that they’re all okay.
When Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) buried Brennan, they didn’t go very far into the preserve-Drew wanted it to be as close to the Quartermaine property as possible!
Serena was extremely concerned for the birds and their offspring and didn’t want Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to kill them, which is exactly what she planned to do.
She wanted Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) to destroy the nest and the birds, and she couldn’t care less if legal or not!
Jason Helped And They Took Nest And Whatever Was In It-Of Course The Parents Followed
Jason helped and they took nest and whatever was in it and took to the preserve, and of course the parents followed-they were probably lucky they didn’t get pecked to death!
Most parents would strike out at someone removing their offspring, and that would certainly include avian (bird) parents!
Since the preserve borders the Quartermaine property, it’s not far at all to keep an eye on the feathered family, even though Serena doesn’t live there.
Perhaps Yuri might take a peek once in while but it’s doubtful Jason will-he’s just really not a bird guy!
One Missing Component To Finding Brennan’s Grave
There’s one missing component to finding Brennan’s grave-if it has been obvious when Jason and Serena were there, Jason would have found it.
The one missing component that would make the find happen for sure is if Outback got loose when Serena’s there checking on the falcons!
Every time Outback has gotten loose, she’s headed straight for Jack’s grave and started digging, but every time she’s been caught before she could dig deep enough.
Another possibility where nature could assist in the discovery is if vultures find the grave-and Serena is checking on the falcons, and she sees the vultures on the grave.
She knows her critters well enough to know something’s dead there, because vultures are scavengers!
