General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, October 7: Gio’s Truth Bomb, Lulu Targets Willow & Anna Rejects Carly

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, October 7 tease truth is deserved, a lead pursued, and a favor denied.

Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) thinks someone deserves to know the truth, while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) pursues a lead and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) denies a favor.

Truth Deserved

Gio and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) are in the Quartermaine kitchen with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) when Gio says someone deserves to know the truth.

Tracy seems to be confused, as she asks him, “the truth about what”? Gio has been torn between believing in his grandfather Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) innocence or not, as to whether he was behind the Pentonville attacks.

When Gio explains what he’s talking about, Tracy will hold her tongue. That sounds like he’s talking about Sonny, and it’s not what she’d want to hear.

Liz And Lucas Catch  Up

At General Hospital, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) catch up, and Sonny and the Pentonville attacks are the day’s topic.

Elizabeth asks Lucas, “You believe Sonny was behind it?” considering Sonny was his brother-in-law for years.

Lucas has never been exactly neutral where his sister’s love life has been concerned, although he has learned over the years to stay out of it, since Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) never listens anyway!

But Lucas does understand the concept of wanting revenge for the death and harm of loved ones, so he may understand why, if Sonny indeed was guilty.

Rocco And Dante Have A Spectator

At Volonino’s Gym, it looks like Rocco and Dante Falconeri (Finn  Carr, Dominic Zamprogna) have a spectator as they practice punching the big bag.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) can be seen next to the boxing ring. They both turn around as she says something, and Dante asks, “Did I just hear that right?”

Alexis will also go at it with Drew Cain, (Cameron Mathison) so might this be after that happens? Or is Alexis there for some other reason?

Scout Tries To Broker Peace Between Danny And Rocco

In the meantime, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) will try to broker peace between her brother, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and her boyfriend, Rocco.

Danny seems sour tempered as he asks her why does she care if Rocco and he are friends or not; is she ready to tell him the secret?

Danny has probably already figured it out since Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) noticed Rocco was trying to impress Scout.

Danny’s still angry about Rocco’s crack about their late mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) but Scout knows about that, Rocco told her and apologized.

Lulu Pursues A Lead

Elsewhere, Lulu pursues a lead as she sits down for coffee with Drew, and she says, “I think it’s time we reframe the narrative and put the spotlight where it belongs”.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) gave her some dirt about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen); he  may have even told her about the shots she was keeping Drew paralyzed with (although he may not have admitted he supplied them).

Drew seems interested in hearing what Lulu has to say, and  possibly even more interested in the exposé she’s writing.

Drew will likely give Lulu a lot of dirt to sift through for material for her article, which promises to make waves!  She’ll even get a defamation lawsuit out of it eventually.

Favor Denied

Elsewhere, Carly looks confused and upset as Anna denies her a favor; it’s a hard no, as she says “I absolutely cannot do that”. 

Exactly what is this favor, considering the look on Carly’s face-it seems very personal; might the subject be staying away from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)?

Valentin is an important friend for Anna to keep, they go back years, and no one understands her better.

So is Carly intimidated by Anna and Valentin’s relationship now, was she only pretending to trust him?
