GH Spoilers: Ryan Paevey Drops Clues About Cassius & Lulu’s Future

After months of speculation, General Hospital FINALLY confirmed what viewers had suspected all a lot.

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) did not magically come back to life and there’s an imposter in Port Charles.

When the truth comes out, will Lulu kick Cassius to the curb?  Keep reading to find out, here’s what is coming up next on General Hospital.

Cassius Is In Love

General Hospital spoilers show that Nathan West’s secret twin brother Cassius has everyone in Port Charles fooled.  In fact, his evil bosses seem to be the only ones who know the truth.

Of course, his sister Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is in on the swap.  Lulu has no idea who Cassius is, and she thinks she is sleeping with Maxie Jones’ husband Nathan.

In the beginning, Cassius probably had bad intentions when he began hanging out with Lulu.

But, according to the character’s portrayer his feelings for Lulu are real and he is head over heels for her.  In fact, Nathan’s impostor actually thinks that Lulu might not mind that he lied to her about his identity.

Will Lulu Stay With Cassius

General Hospital star Ryan Paevey hinted there could be hope for a future between Lulu and Cassius.

The actor seems to think that their connection is so deep, she will be cool with him stealing his dead brother’s identity.

Here’s what Paevey told Soap Opera Digest last week, “Whatever nefarious reasons he may have had for coming to Port Charles, I do think that the care that you see between Cassius and Lulu is legitimate and strong.  He’s just trying to navigate that the same way he’s navigating everything else in this world.”

Do you think that Lulu Spencer will stay with Cassius when the truth comes out?  Or does she only love him because she thinks he is Nathan West?
