General Hospital (GH) spoilers revealed that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) were chem tested in the February 25 episode, sending fans into a tizzy—some dizzy with excitement, some dreading the possible pairing.

St. Liz shooed him away saying that was not necessary but afterward the camera lingered on Dante’s face as he contemplated the interaction. This caused some fans to dread what comes next, but we think it could be entertaining with Ric as a foil.
