GH Spoilers: Nina Arrested After Brennan’s Wallet Is Discovered?

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 14 suggest that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may be arrested after Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) wallet is discovered in her car.

The ABC soap just released its weekly promo, and there are some hints that the blonde could be in some very hot water, so let’s unpack all the drama together!

Jack Brennan’s Wallet Is Found!

General Hospital’s weekly preview shows Brennan’s wallet being found by someone unknown. Another clip highlights the interim WSB Chief William Baines (Alimi Ballard) arresting someone at the Metro Court Pool as the promo comes to a close.

It’s difficult to think that the culprit isn’t Nina, considering all the stacked evidence against her.
First and foremost, Nina issued a very serious (and loud) threat towards Brennan at the Metro Court Gardens some days before Brennan went MIA.

Not only was Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) there, but Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was too, as well as superspy-turned-surgeon Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer), Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Amongst other unknown patrons in the establishment!

While Nina wasn’t the person behind Brennan’s disappearance, so storyline dictates so far, if Baines finds the wallet in her car, it could be game over for the blonde.

Drew Cain’s Plan Works

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Drew set Nina up. While he didn’t aim to hurt Brennan, he and Ava Jerome (Maura West) did aim to keep him occupied so Drew could ransack his Metro Court room. Drew was looking for the blackmailing evidence Brennan had against him.

He encouraged Ava to slip some sleeping pills in Brennan’s drink. The last time Ava saw Brennan, he stumbled into an elevator.

He was later found drowned in the Metro Court Pool. Ava and Brennan disposed of Brennan’s body, since they felt they were technically behind his demise. Still, Drew held onto the wallet; he later planted it in Nina’s car.

During the week of September 7, when Baines interrogated Carly about her missing ex-boyfriend, she did not hesitate to tell the man about Nina’s Metro Court Garden threat.

Baines will grill Nina during the week of September 14, so based on what she says, could he gather enough evidence to search her home and car?

If Baines finds Brennan’s wallet in Nina’s vehicle, that would be more than enough reason to charge her. Plus, it may look even worse on Nina if and when Brennan’s body is found.

As fans remember from the WSB’s investigation with Jason Morgan (Steve Morgan), the agency doesn’t care about human rights, just avenging the loss of one of their own.
