Carly’s Questions
Seldom-seen Councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), who agreed to pinch-hit for Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) during her absence, has summoned Carly.
She asks him, “Are you expecting a specific problem I should warn them about?”
Boyle was up to his ears in control by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and, to some extent, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) last summer.
He likely knows where the bodies are buried, so to speak, and it sounds like he’s expecting retaliation from some still under Sidwell’s control on the outside.
He probably is concerned about blowback to specific people that he wants Carly to warn.
Trina’s Regrets
In the meantime, Trina and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) are having a conversation, and Trina now regrets having encouraged Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to move.
Emma looks sad, but it may be in response to Gio’s deep disappointment in his grandfather, Sonny Corinthos(Maurice Benard).
Trina, like nearly everyone in Port Charles except Carly and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), believes Sonny is behind the Pentonville attacks.
Gio had changed his mind and told Sonny not to look for a music manager for him and Trina as well.
Perhaps Trina realizes she should have kept the two issues separate instead of linking them together.
Hudson And Josslyn Continue Disagreeing
In the meantime, it looks like Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) is still trying to convince Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that using Jasper Jacks Enterprises to buy out Sonny’s businesses is not a good idea.
The company had been in the red, according to some conversations in recent months. Hudson has been advising against using the company to settle Josslyn’s personal score with her ex-stepfather.
It appears that now Josslyn is suggesting trying to bid against Sonny in the upcoming auction of Jenz Sidwell’s properties.
She tells Hudson it’s absolutely worth it if Sonny loses!
Ric Encourages Sonny
Meanwhile, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Sonny talk at Sonny’s house, and Ric seems to have something encouraging to share.
Sonny looks almost relieved as he tells Ric, “That’s the best news I’ve had all day!”
Perhaps Ric has been investigating and has come across a lead to prove Sonny has been framed.
In any case, he’s trying to encourage his half-brother, and Sonny seems to feel a little better about things.
Sonny still intends to stay a legitimate businessman in spite of all the scandal and has vowed to prove his innocence!
Drew Threatens Lulu
In the meantime, Drew has tracked Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to her home and is making threats!
She’s ready to make a call, but he stops her cold in her tracks: “You so much as touch that phone and I will crush it with my bare hands!”
Lulu looks alarmed. Might Dante show up out of nowhere, or will another surprise visitor catch Drew in the act?
It’s bad enough that Lulu’s going to be hit with a defamation suit. Will her life be threatened by Drew as well, or is he just all mouth and ego?

Drew showing up at Lulu’s house and making threats may only make his situation worse, especially with everything Lulu already knows about Willow.
