General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, April 27 tease Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) makes a deadly proposition, while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) shares his epiphany.

Ethan’s Deadly Proposition
Ethan has a deadly proposition for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) after being hired to help the Corinthos organization.
Sonny asks Ethan to verify what he just proposed to him, “For the right price, you would eliminate Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)?
Ethan doesn’t show his fear, but he’s likely worried about his family in France-after Sidwell’s subtle threats at the Metro Court previously, with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as a witness.
He learned that Sidwell knows exactly where Robert Scorpio, (Tristan Rogers) Holly Sutton, (Emma Samms) Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy Gilmore (Evelyn and Brenden Beimford) are in France.
He even described the “cozy cottage” that they live in!
Sidwell Approaches James West Outside Of Bobbie’s
In the meantime, Sidwell approaches James West (Gary James Fuller) outside of Bobbie’s, dressed up for karate class; he tells the “young grasshopper” he learned that lethal move from his father!
Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) is with James, however, and he won’t let Sidwell harm his young nephew/son.
Sidwell doesn’t seem threatening, however, perhaps Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at that young age is on his mind-he does have a photo of him around the same size in swim trunks.
What kind of “lethal move” did James show the older man, that he must have learned in karate class?
Valentin’s Epiphany
Valentin is terse as he tells an astonished, and worried, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) played a direct role in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) breakdown!
Earlier, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) had revealed that Cullum had Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) book, “The Crystalline Conspiracy” and Faison’s trademark cigarillos in his coat pockets when they were snowed in at Wyndemere.
Valentin had freaked out when he couldn’t make a connection, since Anna would have already been in France at the time.
This lends a whole new sinister side to the danger Josslyn is in with the WSB, since Cullum may have made her, even if he didn’t say so.
Carly remains shocked and worried as Valentin continues to tell her what he learned from Josslyn.

Cullum Makes A Call
Still in his hospital bed at General Hospital, Cullum makes a call to someone, asking “What do you have for me?”
At the top of Cullum’s priority list at this moment is finding out who shot him, since he knows it wasn’t Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!
He’s definitely putting out feelers to find out who else was on Pier 55 at that time, even though Jason copped to the crime out of protection for Rocco.
Will he find out some new intel that results in him making the connection to Rocco?
Britt’s Panicked Warning
Britt is also at GH, as is Rocco, as she grabs him and delivers a panicked warning-“Your life is riding on this, don’t you understand?”
Rocco’s definitely shook up at the panic in his surrogate mother’s voice and body language, as well as her actions.
Did she spot him close to Cullum’s room again, this time not doing community service?
He has nothing to feel guilty about, but yet he does and the burden is hard for him to carry.
But Britt’s fear is that he will get himself killed, in spite of Cassius’ promise to protect him!
