General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 7-11 suggest Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) could launch a civil suit against Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
During the week of August 31, BLQ’s secret about being the other driver in Jordan and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) crash surfaced.
Not only did Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) put two and two together, but he also ended up confronting her in the Quartermaine kitchen, only for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to overhear everything.
With that said, the only piece that was missing was BLQ’s explanation surrounding why she left the scene of the crime, but Trina may not care about that detail.
Still, in shock, Trina decided to confront Brook Lynn during the close of the Friday, September 4 episode.
Not only did she out the woman, but she did so in front of her entire family and friends who attended the Labor Day holiday party at the Q’s. Of course, Jordan was also in attendance.
Now, the drama is about to explode come Tuesday, September 8, as Trina crashes out (pun intended) on BLQ, which is sure to affect her music career with the woman.
It will also have a ripple effect on Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) relationship with his mom, which has been shaky for months but has finally settled.
In addition, there’s a chance that Chase leaves Brook Lynn, tearing their marriage apart and shattering the new family they have now with Baby Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton).
But what else could happen in the aftermath? Assuming that Brook Lynn was the other driver, because this is a soap, and plot twists do happen, could Jordan launch a civil case against the brunette?
Curtis is currently rotting in jail due to an altercation he had with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).
He was sentenced to a 10-year prison stint, with the chance of parole after two years. Curtis had no right to berate and assault Isaiah (even though he was provoked in that punch).
Still, the main reason behind the entire Metro Court Gardens encounter was because Curtis held a tremendous amount of resentment that Isaiah was getting off scot-free for leaving him and Jordan after the crash.
Curtis believed Isaiah was the other driver, so had Brook Lynn stepped forward, all of that could’ve been avoided.
There’s a small chance that BLQ gets charged with leaving the scene of a crime; however, she didn’t exactly break any major laws, so she likely won’t face any huge repercussions.
Still, BLQ is swimming in Quartermaine cash, so will Jordan decide to launch a civil suit, if nothing else than to ‘teach’ Brook Lynn by sending her a strong message?
General Hospital spoilers note that after losing her son and her husband, Brook Lynn may have learned her lesson about lies and deceit, so a lawsuit would just be the icing on the cake!
