GH Spoilers: Jason’s Critical Moment – Targeting Cullum, But Will Brennan Pay The Price?

General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) plans to shoot WSB Head Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) during the week of March 16-20.

However, given he aims at Cullum when he’s with Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) could he accidentally hit  Brennan instead?

Jason Is In Sniper Position Taking Aim At Cullum

The ABC soap has just released its weekly preview video; in a clip, Jason is shown outside, apparently on top of a building, holding a gun.

He aims his pistol at a glass window, likely a WSB office, where Cullum is seen speaking with Brennan. In this scene, it appears Jason is ready to fire, but will he target the correct WSB head?

Let’s backtrack a little. In the episode airing on Monday, March 16, Jason informed Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about his plans to leave town with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Jason Is Determined To Eliminate Cullum Before He Skips Town With Britt

Jason is determined to help the good doctor escape her current situation with Cullum and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) through Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

Both Sidwell and Cullum have pressured Britt to work on the urgent cold fusion project, using her Huntington’s disease medication as leverage to ensure she keeps doing her job.

Additionally, Jason informs Sonny about his intention to “eliminate that b@stard,” likely referring to Cullum.

As fans are aware, Cullum is a double agent, serving as a WSB Head during the day to manipulate the agency’s efforts to take down Sidwell, while at night he collaborates with Sidwell to advance Cesar’s final project.

Jason Intends To Take Out Cullum, But Will He Hit Brennan Instead?

This leads us to the clip in the weekly GH preview; Jason intends to follow through on his promise to take out Cullum, but given the scene shown in the promo, will he succeed?

Fans know that Jason is about to take a brief leave-actor Steve Burton has informed fans that he plans to take a short break from the soap to spend time with family.

Jason’s exit creates a chance for the henchman to go out dramatically, but how he leaves remains uncertain.

Will he be prepared to leave town with Britt and eliminate Cullum before they depart? This could complicate their plans.

Jason Is An Excellent Shot, But He Could Hit Brennan Instead Of Cullum

Jason is a skilled shooter- the best around- but this is Port Charles, known for its plot twists; could he accidentally shoot Brennan instead of Cullum?

It’s unlikely Brennan would die from a gunshot since he’s crucial to the show, but it would stir up drama for Jason, Britt, Brennan, and Cullum.

Cullum is a disposable character, yet since he’s new to the story, he probably won’t leave the show soon, and if Brennan moves in the firing line, he could be shot instead.

While Sidwell is the top villain on General Hospital, Cullum brings a mix of cunning and evil, adding depth to the plots.

Spoilers suggest Jason’s departure from PC will be filled with surprises and complications, potentially causing more chaos as he temporarily leaves the town.
