GH Spoilers: Emma’s Jealousy Pushes Gio And Trina Together?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers ​reveal that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) are setting off on a musical path together and the future looks bright.

They recently had a showcase and impressed the music honchos. They are riding a justified high based on their talent but there’s one Debby Downer who seemed miffed about their success.

We’re talking about Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), Gio’s girlfriend. What gives? Is she really that selfish that she would be jealous of Gio and Trina?

Let’s break down what could be on the horizon for Emma and Gio!

General Hospital’s Trina and Gio Rock On

After the showcase an excited Gio and Trina gushed to their respective SO’s, Emma and Kai Taylor (Jens Alstrup). Kai was thrilled for the pair, Emma not so much.

It was startling to see how Emma reacted when instead of supporting her BF she acted like he betrayed her.

Then again, Emma is gathering dust compared to her frenemy Joss Jacks (Eden McCoy) who is a bad Barbie WSB agent. Maybe Emma sees her friend group passing her by?

Trina and Gio’s Big Moment

Later when Emma was alone with Gio she questioned him about his dream, asking if he was doing this for Trina or for himself.

Hello, Emma! Gio is an accomplished musician so why would he not be happy to be recognized? In contrast the show manufactured Trina’s musical talent for a storyline. If anything, it should be Kai questioning Trina about her future.

Will Gio Dump Emma?

In fact, Trina was the one with cold feet before the showcase and had to be talked down beforehand.

Spicy General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 20-26 hint that Emma’s feelings about Gio and Trina working together emerge. Is she jealous of Gio spending so much time with Trina?

Or does she truly think that a music contract is too much, too soon for her college boyfriend?
