Cassius and Nathan might be identical twins, but they are NOTHING alike.  In fact, Cassius Faison seems to be following in his evil father’s footsteps and will stop at nothing to keep his identity a secret.

Lulu Thinks She’s Sleeping With Nathan West

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is falling fast for Det. Nathan West and she has no idea that he is actually an impostor.

Cassius is doing an impeccable job imitating his twin and even helped save Lulu’s son.  He’s got the “Good Guy” act down pact, and Lulu is falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Cassius panicked when he learned that Josslyn Jack’s (Eden McCoy) was a WSB agent, he ended up strangling her during a heated altercation and rendered her unconscious.

This week on the ABC soap opera, Joss will wake up on Spoon Island and realize that “Nathan” has taken her hostage.

Cassius’ Violent Side Revealed

Up until now, soap viewers had no reason to think that Cassius was danger.  Sure he was a liar and a fraud, but he hadn’t actually hurt anyone.

After seeing how he man-handled young Joss, it’s obvious that he has a violent streak and is not a saint like his twin.

If Lulu Spencer starts asking Fake Nathan questions or becoming suspicious about his identity, will she suffer the same fate?  Could Lulu go missing next?
