General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may not be able to keep a lid on her secret for much longer.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may be gearing up for another major confrontation with Brook Lynn, who may finally come clean about the rest of the story.
Brook Lynn should’ve told Chase everything back when she came clean about framing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) for fleeing the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.
That was Brook Lynn’s window of opportunity, but she passed it up and kept quiet about the fact that she was the one who inadvertently sped away from the crash site. Now Brook Lynn is lying to Chase when he’s convinced there are no more secrets between them.
Chase has been digging for answers that might help the Ashford family find closure in the aftermath of that accident. Of course, when Chase set out to find those answers, he had no idea that he might be following the trail to his own wife!
In GH’s September 2 episode, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) offered a big clue that seemed to hit Chase hard. Chase lectured Danny about repeatedly stealing vehicles from the Quartermaine estate, but Danny only took responsibility for the stolen truck and speedboat.
Danny then swore to Chase that he never took Brook Lynn’s BMW and that he wasn’t the one who scraped the side of it. The wheels immediately started turning for Chase, so he may be close to figuring this out and confronting Brook Lynn.
Following Chase’s conversation with Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) to gather more information, he’ll continue to dwell on Danny’s hint.
Chase may eventually realize this whole thing reeks of a Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) cover-up and determine that she’s been helping Brook Lynn hide her trail all this time.
From there, Chase may confront Brook Lynn and demand the entire truth, so this could lead to Brook Lynn’s emotional confession.
Brook Lynn may explain how she’d been drinking that night and didn’t want to risk their chance to adopt Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) by coming forward. Tracy convinced Brook Lynn to keep her involvement buried instead.
Brook Lynn will no doubt plead for forgiveness when all this blows up. However, Chase may not be so quick to forgive and forget now that Brook Lynn has deceived him once again.
