Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, October 1, hint that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will humiliate Sarah when she publicly accuses the doctor of medical malpractice.

Sarah has agonized over Destiny Rowland’s (Sarah Bartholomew) passing, even though she is not to blame and DiMera Pharmaceuticals is!

Sarah is bound to get very emotional when Melinda berates her, so is there an end in sight where this nightmare is concerned?

Brady Black’s Vow

Across town, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will offer Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) a shoulder to lean on in the aftermath of the ‘Dominic Marino’ intel.

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) scored the man’s birth certificate, which indicated that Marlena was his mother and Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) was his father.

Until Marlena gets more evidence proving this, she asked Steve to keep this information secret.

As Steve’s partner, he had to tell Brady, so Brady will also vow to keep this to himself until Marlena gives him the green light. In related news, Steve will have a theory to share with Belle Black (Martha Madison).

Philip Kiriakis Comes Clean

Elsewhere, Days of Our Lives spoilers for October 1 note that Philip will confess something to Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). Is this about his gambling addiction?

He’s claimed that the Monte Carlo poker game was just to help out the family and Titan; however, fans get the feeling that gambling might be sucking Philip back in!

Lastly, Joy takes a dire risk. The woman is claiming to be paralyzed, but viewers know she’s faking it.

Sadly, her goal is to use Kelsey Kiriakis (Lena and Mira Chase) to break up Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), and her plan seems to be working.
