Why Is Beyond The Gates Off The Air

As July kicks off on CBS, Beyond The Gates will be going off the air.  CBS’ newest soap opera has reportedly been preempted for the week on June 29 – July 3.

Sadly, the Fairmont Crest gang won’t return with new episodes until Monday July 6 2025.  Keep reading for all the details!

Beyond The Gates Goes Off The Air

Beyond The Gates premiered on CBS as the network’s first new daytime soap opera since 1987.

The ratings for BTG haven’t been earth-shattering, and there’s always a fear in the back of fan’s minds that CBS will pull the plug on the new series.  Great news, that’s not the case this time!

This week Beyond The Gates went off the air for the upcoming holiday.  While some soaps air re-runs around the Fourth Of July, BTG opted to air re-runs for the entire week!

If you have been waiting for a chance to check out the new series and get caught up on the daytime drama in Fairmont Crest, this week is your perfect opportunity.

Beyond The Gates TV Schedule Update

According to an official press release from TPTB at Beyond The Gates, on June 29 – July 1 there will be episodes airing from May 18-20.

Fans will recall the gala cotillion and plasma ring drama, these are also the episodes where Derek ultimately met his demise.

On Thursday July 2, fans can tune in and watch the Beyond The Gates episode that aired on April 3.

Fairmont Crest celebrates Easter with magical moments and special guests, plus Vernon surprised his wife Anita.  On Friday July 3, BTG will be airing another and final re-run from April 6.

Beyond The Gates spoilers say that the soap opera will return to its regularly scheduled programming on Monday July 6.  Are you disappointed that BTG went off the air this week?
