The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is on the brink of madness, poised to unleash havoc!
As she embarks on a vengeful mission against multiple individuals in Genoa City. let’s delve into the outrageous and devious actions Phyllis might take as she descends deeper into chaos.
Lashing Out-The Understatement Of The Century
Currently, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) has turned down her offer to collaborate, at least for the moment. Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) has left town, and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has abandoned her.
Phyllis is unemployed, her children are not connecting with her, and she has no partner or future opportunities.
This is a tough time for her; to be honest, Phyllis is heading down a harmful path, in pain, and poised to retaliate against Billy, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and others.
In the upcoming weeks, we will see some drastic actions Phyllis might take to get back at her foes as she spirals out of control.
Targeting Billy And Victor?
Phyllis is really angry with Billy for firing her from AbbottCom and believes Sally was trying to trick her into losing her job.
This week, she secretly takes Billy’s phone and gets Aristotle Dumas’ contact information. Later, she contacts Dumas, possibly plotting against both Billy and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Phyllis might suggest a plan to take down both men at once. She also tries to share some negative information about Billy with Victor, but it’s important to remember that Phyllis deeply dislikes Victor, even though she’s currently upset with Billy.
What’s Phyllis’ Beef With Victor?
Here’s what happened and how it started; years ago, Victor cast aside Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in favor of his doppelganger, the drug lord Marco Annicelli (also played by Peter Bergman).
Victor deceitfully placed the criminal in Phyllis’ bed, all while having Jack kidnapped and hidden away.
Essentially, Phyllis was violated without her consent, as she believed she was with Jack but was actually with Marco.
This was all part of Victor’s despicable scheme; it’s no surprise that Phyllis will never move past this trauma, and her ongoing animosity towards Victor is completely justified.
Currently, Phyllis seems to want to assist Victor in taking down Billy, but she may actually be planning to eliminate both Billy and The Mustache at the same time.
Phyllis May Team Up With Victor Against AbbottCom And The Abbotts
Phyllis might temporarily put her anger towards Victor aside and work with him instead; right now, she is more upset with Billy and Sally than with Victor.
So, she could choose to ignore her past issues with Victor for the time being. Phyllis might share negative information about Billy and his plans for AbbottCom with Victor.
This would allow Victor to have Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) publish damaging details about Newman Media or to publicly expose Billy’s plans.
If Phyllis can’t be part of AbbottCom, she might help Victor sabotage it before it even starts, damaging Billy and Sally’s reputations in the process.
Scheming Against Kyle And Claire
Phyllis might form a partnership with Victor and get involved in his harmful schemes. He could persuade her that they share common enemies and goals, possibly regarding Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Victor might suggest that she team up with his accomplice, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), to break up Kyle and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
He may argue that Kyle is to blame for Summer going to Italy and that if he had gotten back together with her as she wished, she’d have stayed.
Then Summer would have taken care of the Marchetti problems; since Kyle is becoming more serious with Claire, it seems Summer has given up and moved on.
Victor Could Get In Phyllis’ Head About How Awful Kyle Is
Victor might exploit this situation to plant ideas in Phyllis’ mind about Kyle’s dreadful behavior and the pain he caused Summer.
Alternatively, as Phyllis schemes in her characteristic unpredictable way, she could align herself with Audra, taking it upon herself to sabotage Kyle and Claire’s relationship out of sheer spite.
This retaliation could stem from her deep-seated resentment over Summer’s departure, as Phyllis clearly misses her, having been a crucial part of her emotional foundation.
Phyllis could very well be the spark that ignites this chaos. She could even concoct some form of psycho revenge!
Phyllis Might Torment Phyllis And Danny
In a turn of events that would be both unfortunate and expected, Phyllis might once again set her sights on Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) and Danny (Michael Damian).
In just a few weeks, Lauralee Bell and Michael Damian are set to return to the CBS soap. It’s likely that Christine and Danny will make their comeback just in time for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)’s grand birthday celebration, which Claire begins organizing this week.
It seems that Hurricane Phyllis is poised to strike at Christine and Danny once more, fueled by her disdain for the fact that Christine ended up with Danny.
Phyllis Could Make Another Play For Danny
With Phyllis feeling more isolated than ever, she’s on the brink of losing it and might just make another attempt to win Danny back.
To distract herself from her lingering pain, she’s fixating on various things, and it’s easy to imagine her becoming obsessed with Danny once more. Remember how she pulled out all the stops before?
She donned that trench coat with nothing but lingerie underneath, practically throwing herself at him and stalking him in her typical fashion.
So, when Danny and Christine make their return in early June, it’s likely that Phyllis will resurface to harass Christine and try to lure Danny away from the woman he truly loves.
Sharon Tries To Save Phyllis Again
Lastly, Phyllis might try to push Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) away to disrupt their peace, possibly because Sharon is trying to help her.
Phyllis is clearly struggling, dealing with trauma from her kidnapping and losing her support system.
Daniel has his own problems, Summer is gone, and Billy had to let her go; she hasn’t had a partner in a long time.
It’s clear that Phyllis needs professional help, whether it’s therapy, counseling, or even a stay in a treatment facility to sort through her issues.
This week, Sharon notices Phyllis is in a difficult situation and attempts to support her, possibly involving Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) as well based on recent spoilers.
