GH Spoilers Friday, May 16: On The Hunt, Not-So Subtle Warnings, Big Mistakes!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, May 16 tease someone’s on the hunt, not-so-subtle warnings, and big mistakes!

Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) on the hunt, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) delivers a not-so-subtle warning, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) tells Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) she’s making a mistake!

On The Hunt

Lulu is still talking with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) who she confided in about her suspicions about Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

She told Cody that she suspects Gio is Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) son.

Cody agreed to help her find out, having known Brook Lynn was pregnant but having thought she had terminated her pregnancy back years ago at camp that summer.

Lulu tells Cody that Gio’s mother-she’s the key to the whole mystery. Lulu is on the hunt to find out where she was when Brook Lynn gave birth-or is she actually referring to Brook Lynn herself?

Undercover Son And Baby Mama Talk

Elsewhere, an undercover son and baby mama talk is going on as Gio vents to Brook Lynn about Dante’s tirades at him regarding when Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) had too much to drink.

He had talked to Sonny earlier, who told him not to blame himself that Rocco almost died, but Dante’s accusations still sting.

He tells her regarding Dante, “He has no use for me and I’m good with that!” What’s going to happen when the truth comes out, as it always does? Expect a firestorm of hurt feelings, misunderstandings and misgivings all around!

Ava Lays Into Portia

In the meantime, Ava Jerome (Maura West) seems upset as she’s laying into Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). She seems like she’s lashing out as she tells her “you need to change tactics!”

It’s curious that Ava would have any reason to give Portia advice, she doesn’t know anything about the blackmail from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Perhaps she’s referring to something pertaining to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and what’s been going on with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

It’s a certainly that Portia hasn’t revealed anything about the Drew problems to Ava!

Not-So-Subtle Warnings

Elsewhere, Nina gives a not-so-subtle warning to Curtis Ashford, (Donnell Turner) saying “this is going to end in disaster”!

That most certainly has to be about Drew and his shenanigans, and she no doubt is bringing him up to speed on the latest Cain-tastrophe!

Nina thought that her and Portia’s plan to get Drew drugged up would work and not backfire like it did.

But then they don’t have all the information-they don’t know that Drew set it up for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to be “refused” to visit at Baden-Baden.

Michael Corinthos (most recently Chad Duell) didn’t even know she was there, and now she’s been served papers for his sole custody in the divorce!

Collateral Damage?

Elsewhere, Drew is harassing Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) again, and telling her that her call has got to be collateral damage!

Drew is no lawyer and Tracy hates him, but yet she’s being forced to work with him to eliminate Sonny from Port Charles. Tracy’s got some dubious business partners, that certainly is a fact-Crooked Cain and Sneaky Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Exactly what might Drew be talking about that Tracy should consider collateral damage? Is he trying to coerce her into doing things that could make enemies of her family-she’s already alienated a few in her time!

Big Mistakes

In the meantime, Carly tells Sonny the latest and brings him up to speed about her handling the divorce from Willow and the custody of Michael’s kids for him.

She tells Sonny she’s going to handle it herself-Sonny tells her “Well, that’s a mistake”. She’s trying to protect Michael and his interests, but with his not knowing anything about it, that could cause some serious ramifications.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) told her the same thing, that it would be a mistake to leave Michael out of the loop concerning this, but Carly is stubborn.

Sonny, however, will take some control over the situation by seeking out Willow himself!
