Y&R Spoilers: Cane’s Secret Partner– Could It Be Tucker McCall?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Cane Ashby/Artistole Dumas (Billy Flynn) likely has a secret partner to make his plan work.

Not only would he likely need a business partner to buy so many properties and businesses, but he would also need someone to brainstorm the best scenario to make his twisted plan a reality.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) suspected Tucker McCall (Trevor St John) could be Dumas’ secret partner. It seemed right up Tucker’s alley. However, Victor’s investigators learned Tucker was serving time in prison in India, so he couldn’t be Cane’s main partner.

Could Tucker Be His Partner?

Since Tucker is in prison, that would make a partnership difficult if not impossible. There could be ways around that.

Cane could have consulted Tucker to get his advice on how to make his twisted plan work. Tucker would know how to manipulate most of Genoa City and could have given Cane valuable insight.

Another theory is that Tucker is not really in prison. He could have a look like serving his sentence (it’s been done before in the soap world).

A few months ago, the word on social media was that Tucker was returning in a hush-hush storyline. If that is true, this would be a surprising twist in Cane’s end game.

If Not Tucker, Then Who?

With Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and Jordan Howard (Collen Zenk) dead, they are out of the running.

The other option would be Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers), but Y&R revealed Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) ex-husband passed away.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) learned that Artistole Dumas started buying real estate right after Colin tried to get his hands on Devon Winters’ (Bryton James) inheritance.

Adam feels “in his gut” that there is a connection between Colin, Dumas, and Cane. He cannot figure out the connection yet, but he knows there is something there.

Y&R viewers know that Colin has passed away, and Dumas is Cane’s alias. Eventually, Adam will piece it together and have a clear picture of the threat they are facing.

Holden Is Cane’s Secret Weapon

What we know about Cane’s partnerships is that Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is his most trusted ally.

Cane gave Holden a list of four people(Chelsea Lawson, Adam Newman, Mariah Copeland, and Claire Newman) he wanted him to befriend.

Holden developed a friendship with Claire before Cane’s orders. Adam and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) might be harder to accomplish, but he vowed to try his best.

It’s entirely possible that Cane’s secret partner is Holden and has nothing to do with Tucker. It would likely surprise the viewers to learn that Cane’s business sense and con game are strong enough to fool nearly all of Genoa City for so long.
