Y&R Spoilers: Victor & Cane Pulling Secret Strings With Claire & Holden

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is determined to blow up Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) relationship.

He’s gone so far as to hire slinky minx Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to seduce her ex, but has Victor thought out the consequences?

Even if Victor succeeds in squashing the romance, Claire will just find someone else who is not up to Victor’s standards!

Klaire are Kaput?

If Claire gets her heart broken, there is always her drinking buddy, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). He has been incredibly compassionate with her and who doesn’t like to cry on a hunky guy’s shoulder?

The irony is that he still seems a bit hung up on his ex, Audra, who could ruin Claire’s life. If Audra and Kyle do the deed, Claire and Holden would both need comforting.

What’s wrong with Kyle? He’s an Abbott and Victor loathes Abbotts. He would rather lose half his fortune than see Claire marry Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) son but he knows nothing about Holden.

Neither do we, at this point he is a riddle. Would he be good for Claire?

Will Holden and Claire Spark?

We may be about to find out if Victor’s plan is a success! Still, the truth is that no one is good enough for Claire in Victor’s eyes.

How many decades has it been before he finally accepted Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)?

But in this case, Victor may have reason to dislike Holden. In the Thursday, June 26 episode Holden talked about being part of company buying up important properties in GC.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) found out the company is connected to Arabesque, owned by Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Cane is a Sneaky One

Y&R’s preview video for the week of June 30-July 4 reveals that Holden is still working under the radar with Cane, who has big plans for Genoa City. Nothing gets by Victor, and he will eventually find out about Holden’s duplicity.
