Y&R Preview: Summer Fun In France Turns Fatal

The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that the fun in France will continue in the days ahead, and so will the drama!

The CBS soap just dropped another promo video, and it sounds like someone’s life will be on the line as the party in Nice rolls on and potentially turns deadly for one invitee.

While the video is mere seconds, the insight into ‘what’s next’ is plentiful, so what should fans expect? Time to dive right in!

Ambition Turns Fatal

The Young and the Restless preview starts off showing Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) France chateau from afar, with a voice over that states, “The Young and the Restless saga continues when ambition turns fatal.”

The promo gets right into it, revealing a wary Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) as she slowly walks out from behind a maze bush, looking around and looking worried.

Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) seems stressed out as she frantically relays something to Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Both Jack and Diane look on with concern on their faces.

Then, out of nowhere, a hand wearing a black glove is shown, while holding a knife, as a slashing sound can be heard.

Damian Kane’s Declaration

As the Y&R promo progresses and scenes shift, a close-up of Jack’s face is shown, as he’s sporting a shocked look on his face, while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is in the background, and she looks suspicious.

Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) can be heard in the background saying, “I know how ruthless you are, Cane!” and as the preview closes, Cane is outside in the maze somewhere. He’s quite upset, as she punches the table with his fist.

What happens next? Will someone meet their demise, and if so, who will it be? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
