Sister Wives Robyn Brown Slams Kody’s New Reality TV Gig

Sister Wives star Kody Brown is back in the spotlight (sorta) on a new reality TV series.  Kody is currently doing the press rounds and promoting his appearance on the reality TV show “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”  The show returned to FOX this week, just a few days ahead of the Sister Wives fall premiere.

If you haven’t heard of the FOX reality show, you’re not alone.  But, a quick Google search reveals the series “takes the recruits through hostile and unforgiving warfare environments, while testing their mental and physical ability through a series of tests.” 

Apparently, this is highly entertaining for fans of that stuff because the show has been around for a couple years now and hasn’t been canceled yet.  (We’re just here because we watch Sister Wives)

Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Wasn’t Impressed

During a recent interview, Kody Brown revealed that Robyn was not on board with his plans to be on “Special Forces.”  But, he went ahead and did it without her support (typical Kody behavior).  

The Sister Wives star revealed, “My wife, Robyn, when the show was introduced to us, she was like, ‘I don’t think I want you to do that and we’ve got to have a discussion. There ended up not being a discussion. It just became an assumption from then on.”

Kody went on to say, “I think when she saw, when I showed her or told her what it would be similar to or what I thought it would be like, she was like, ‘Oh, this is one of those things that you are going to do and I’m not going to be able to stop you.”
