Prince Harry Could Face Prison Time If He Lied In His Visa Application

If Prince Harry wrote ‘Spare’ to bite his family, it’s going to be hugely surprising for him to find that it’s seriously biting him instead.

Remember that little detail that he provided in the “wholly truthful” memoir about using recreational drugs even when he was in the States?

Well, now a US think tank, The Heritage Foundation, wants to know whether he admitted to using drugs in his Visa application, was given special treatment, or if he had just lied about it?

Something’s cooking, and for Prince Harry’s sake, it better not be his Visa documents.

New Details Expected In Legal Battle Over Prince Harry’s Immigration Records

The Heritage Foundation is not letting go in their goal to make sure that Prince Harry was afforded the same level of respect as any other immigrant to the US.

Speaking to GB News, Nile Gardiner, a senior figure in the foundation, admitted that new developments are expected in the legal battle over the Duke of Sussex’s immigration records soon.

“The fight continues to release Prince Harry’s immigration records to the American people. The legal case continues on that front. There will be further developments I think in the next few weeks. I also think the Trump administration might make a decision ultimately to release the records.”

Gardiner reassured fans that the Heritage Foundation’s goal in suing for Harry’s papers remains the same.

He added: “There’s a clear public interest to see whether Harry lied in his US visa application and the Trump administration is committed to the full enforcement of US law.”

Severe Consequences Reportedly Await Prince Harry If He Proved Dishonest In His Visa Documents

The thing is, the entire thing kinda looks like fun and games at this point until it isn’t. Because if it’s found that the British Prince lied in his Visa application, well, that’s just jail time for him right there.
“If he is found to have lied in his application, it is a criminal offence and would result in up to five years in prison or deportation,” Gardiner revealed.

In general, “The stakes are very high for Prince Harry.”

Prince Harry may be worried or may not be, depending on the details that he filled out in his application. But the important thing to remember is this: will the Heritage Foundation make it to the stage where Harry’s full records get released?

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
