Everybody knows there seem to be problems with the royal family and Prince Harry, and of course, that includes his wife, Meghan Markle. Recently, a royal expert claimed that King Charles is stuck in a hard place with the Sussex couple. Read on for more details.
More Brand Than Compassion?
Neil Sean, a royal commentator, said all of this on his Daily News Headlines vlog on YouTube on Thursday night. In particular, he noted that there’s something that lacks warmth when it comes to Meghan. Of course, he’s not shy to let his feelings about her show. But, he isn’t alone with his opinions.
Sean argued that the main issue with the brand that they push is that it seems to bring little compassion. Then he opined, “you could say the same thing of Meghan Markle.” He pointed to her dad, Thomas Markle, now an amputee, who she cut off completely.
Talking about her public appearances. it seems a bit odd that Prince Harry’s wife will embrace a stranger but not a family member. He added, “Surely at this point of how old her father is now, she must think ‘I don’t have that opportunity to reconnect again.'”
Comparing Princess Kate
In comparison, Sean praised Princess Catherine. He recalled that recently, she warmly hugged an “88-year-old” grieving widower who was unsure about attending an event.

In the royal family expert’s opinion, Sean feels that’s what real compassion looks like. Actually, despite rumors of marital problems, she carries out her royal duties with a lot of grace and compassion.
The King Can’t Act?
Sean explained that King Charles knows the Sussex couple cause damage to The Firm. But he can’t act because of his health issues. He said the king is “of a certain age” and under a lot of stress. Actually, William wants to be much tougher and act swiftly. But, he doesn’t want to put more pressure on his father.
Sean claimed that Prince Harry inherited a “compassionate side” to him from his mom, Princess Diana. However, it seems that Meghan buried it. Getting rather harsh, Sean described Meghan Markle as a “ruthless woman” implying that her tours seem to be disasters as a result. In fact in his opinion, they simply don’t work.
Disaster Tours
Sean contrasted the Sussexes with the real working royals. He said that when King Charles and Camilla go to America, people will see “a wonderful, very well put together” tour. Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan’s private visits that turn into money-making things always end as disasters.
Sean also revealed, per sources, that allegedly, Meghan Markle wanted the royal website updated to highlight her podcasting and TV work. However, if that’s true, she might have been disappointed to be totally ignored.
Next, Neil claimed that the belief is, over time, Prince William might stop ignoring the Sussex couple, and become more proactive. After all, it has to be wondered how many times Prince Harry and Meghan can make mistakes and not get some pushback from the palace.
Viewers React
On social media, you often see folks defending Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, but judging by the comments, plenty of people have a downer on them. One of them opined:
There is a point of no return with the RF…They may never recover from the damage done while they sit on their hands and watch the chaos being inflicted by Harry.
Here are a few more responses in the discussion:
- The palace needs to bite the bullet and deal with the Harkles. Their tantrums will die down and the monarchy can ride out the storm, as they always have done.
- The rage in USA is Harry’s visit to Kyiv speaking on behalf of UK against USA.
- Harry and Meghan are far more damaging to the Monarchy than the King must understand. The internet is the new town hall… The King needs to step up.
