You’d think that, for Meghan Markle at least, the priority should be to perfect As Ever products as soon as possible and return them to the shelves, but no. Her current priority is to expand into the hospitality business. You know, the kind that comes with hotels and restaurants.
Meghan Markle Extends Her As Ever Trademark To Cover Hospitality Services
According to new reports, Meghan Markle is reportedly looking to branch into hotels and restaurants.
Whilst As Ever’s trademark already covers a lot of ground, the Duchess sought to expand it even further by filing for accommodation services, temporary lodgings and “provision of food and drink.”
It’s possible that this move means she’s keen on bringing her culinary creations – as seen on her Netflix show, ‘With Love, Meghan’ – to fans and the wider public.
In the series, we saw Meghan put on her hosting hat and show fans how she hosts her guests to make sure they’re more than a hundred percent thrilled with her service.
In between these scenes, she bee-keeps, makes shopping lists, cooks, cleans, and generally shares her best recipes. There were even a few inventions, and the Duchess did not shy away from trying unconventional methods, like the flower sprinkles.
“When I have someone stay, one of my favourite things to do is prep the guest room,” she happily reveals.
Throughout the series, we saw the former actress host people like producer and actress Mindy Kaling, and even bring a honored chef into her kitchen.
Yes, at the moment, As Ever can seem to be incredibly rocky, but according to Meghan Markle, she’s spent countless nights awake until the wee hours of the morning thinking of how to turn her brand into a successful business.
Recently, she revealed that she would be taking a “step back” from the brand to reevaluate it and perhaps come back even stronger.
