Meghan Markle Refused To Sacrifice Her Independence For The Royal Family

It was going to be her way or no way. Of course, we are talking about Meghan Markle as there’s a new report that says she refused to sacrifice her independence for the royal family.

Or at least, that’s how Queen Camilla supposedly put it behind closed doors. Apparently, she knew that Prince Harry’s wife was going to be a problem, and that’s not just because she is American.

It’s also because Meghan always lived a very independent life and was going to have a hard time conforming to royal rules and protocol, so to speak.

Per royalist Tom Bower, he says that “Queen Camilla doubted Meghan’s willingness to sacrifice her independence for the monarchy, closely monitoring Harry’s future with apprehension.”

The author added, “This early skepticism laid the groundwork for Camilla’s later opposition to any reconciliation between the Sussexes and the royal family.”

Bower also added, “Within palace walls, Camilla’s perspective on Meghan has led to intense discussions among royal aides.”

Many royalists on both sides of the pond certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “If this was not a business but just a family, everyone in the immediate and extended family would be horrified by the evil stepmother’s behavior.”

“Isolating her husband from his sons and securing money from the estate for her kids is unfortunately something that other stepmothers have done. It’s amazing that the press is spinning her behavior as protecting her husband.”

Another critic of the royal family wrote, “Camilla, Charles, William and Kate all briefed against Harry and Meghan in the press whenever they needed cover for their own shenanigans. Then they lost control of their punching bags and are upset about being on equal footing with them.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I can see why they want Harry back but can’t find one single reason why he alone, much less with his precious family, would want to return to that crazy place with those people.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
