The drama surrounding the McBee Dynasty isn’t confined to television screens anymore—it’s spilling into the real estate market.
With debt reaching into the millions, the family at the center of the hit reality series is now offloading one of their most iconic properties. The question isn’t just who might buy it—it’s whether this sale can even scratch the surface of the financial mess they’re in.
A Family Teetering on the Edge
From relationship shakeups to power struggles, McBee Dynasty has never been short on chaos. But when Season 2 returned, viewers were greeted not just with drama—but with disaster.
Patriarch Steve McBee, once the anchor of the farm and the family, has stepped away from the show. The departure followed a professional implosion and a personal one: his breakup with longtime partner and CFO Galyna Saltkovska, and his quick pivot to dating her best friend.
That, unsurprisingly, ended poorly. Behind the scenes, the situation was even more serious. Steve was facing a potential 30-year sentence for federal crop insurance fraud—a detail that shook even longtime fans.
With Steve out, son Steven McBee took the reins. But the weight of the farm’s mounting debt was too heavy to ignore. Land was being sold off at an alarming pace, and decisions like Cole McBee’s unauthorized land purchase only made things worse.
By Steven’s own admission, they were under intense pressure to come up with $6 million—possibly by the end of 2024.
A Price Tag on the Past
In the middle of this financial scramble, one prized asset is now officially on the chopping block: the family’s Nashville home.
Previously used as an Airbnb and featured prominently on the show, the house has been listed for $1.5 million as of June 26, 2025.
Built in 2019, the property spans 2,805 square feet, offering four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It boasts a five-star rating on Airbnb, a security gate, and—perhaps most notably—a history as one of the show’s central filming locations. It’s sleek, polished, and undeniably photogenic.
But is it enough? As fans familiar with the show might recall, the house also comes with its share of baggage.
Fan Reactions: Not Everyone’s Dream Home
The listing has stirred up plenty of opinions among McBee Dynasty watchers. Some fans questioned whether the house would sell at all, pointing to how it was portrayed on the show.
“They treated that place like a college frat house,” one person wrote, referencing the brothers’ often wild behavior.
Another commenter wasn’t impressed with the decor, writing, “That place is hideous 🫣. Did Brooke design it? Bc that would explain it. Tacky.” One viewer added dryly, “I like the stove. That’s all I got.”
Despite mixed feelings about the aesthetics—especially the infamous mural—many believe the house was undervalued. Still, even if the full asking price is met, it’s only a fraction of the $6 million hole they’re trying to fill.
There’s no word yet on whether the McBees were able to secure an extension on their debt, or if this sale is part of a bigger plan. Fans are hopeful that more answers will surface as the season unfolds.
One thing is clear: for the McBees, the stakes are higher than ever—and this house may be their last card to play.
