‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Nathan Reconnects, Lucas vs Lulu, Alexis’ Next Temptation

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of October 20, 2025! Fans can expect Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to reconnect.

Speaking of Lulu, she has a debate with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Plus, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) faces another temptation. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Nathan West & Lulu Spencer Reconnect

Let’s start off with Nathan and Lulu. Fans might recall that it was Lulu who called 911 after Nathan had gotten into a crash. At the time, Lulu couldn’t see his face. 

Now, Nathan  has been released from the hospital and is declaring he wants to reclaim his old life. Nathan might thank Lulu for getting him to the hospital. Meanwhile, Lulu might question him on what his next move is. Later, Lulu gets into a debate with Lucas.

Alexis Davis’ Next Temptation

Over with Alexis, she just about got busted when Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) freed Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Now that he’s free, Ric has agreed to lie to everyone.

This includes his own daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) with a cult cover story. Next, Alexis will get tempted somehow.

Willow Tait’s Court Shocker

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 20 reveal that Nathan shows up in court and urges Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to take the plea deal before it’s too late.

Then, Willow gets devastated news at her arraignment. In a preview clip, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wonders how this even happened. So, it sounds like Willow won’t get bail or bond, and might have to stay in jail.

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) isn’t in the clear yet, though. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) orders Michael to turn himself into the police. By the end of the week, Willow meets her new attorney. 

Week of October 20, 2025

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) puts the puzzle pieces together. Is this regarding Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) pregnancy?

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) gives another apology to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). However, Astrup has been taken off contract according to the latest credits. That’s a shame as I absolutely love Kai and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) together.

Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) battle with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) gets even worse. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) faces a surprising face.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) just happens to give Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) an out. Say what? After what he did to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)?

Also, Cody meets his new employer. Also, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) receives some bittersweet news.
