GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Dante’s Birthday, Alexis’ Moral Dilemma, BLQ’s Future

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 14, 2025, are here! Fans can expect Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to face a moral dilemma.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) celebrates his birthday. Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) plan their future. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Alexis Davis’ Conscience

Following Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) blackmail, Alexis made a decision. Alexis asked Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) to be her lawyer. Then, Alexis signed the documents to have Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) committed. 

While Alexis is taking control, Ava is prematurely celebrating. Ava thinks that her problems are solved. However, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) warns her not to count her chickens until they hatch. Ric is right about that as Ava has no clue that Kristina is on her way to the psych ward.

However, does Alexis tell Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) the truth about being responsible for Ric and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) accident?

Elizabeth Baldwin’s Homecoming

Speaking of Liz, she is being discharged from the hospital. Liz is anxious to get back home and be with her kids again. However, she also knows that she faces a tough recovery.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) has probably already made preparations to make Liz’s recovery a bit easier. Lucky will also make a commitment, but his relationship is in danger as long as he keeps Kristina’s secret.

Harrison Chase’s Heart-to-Heart

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has a heart-to-heart with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer). This is probably regarding the secret adoption. Lois could try to explain that she thought she was doing the right thing.

Chase might also assure Lois that her relationship with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will recover; it’ll just take some time.

They’re talking and on decent enough terms, but the closeness has definitely been affected. Later, Chase and BLQ plan their future together.

Meanwhile, everyone gets ready to celebrate Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) birthday.

Week of April 14, 2025

Fans will also see Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) open up to her mom, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Later, Trina goes to find Ava. 

Over with Drew, he masterminds a new scheme. Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) makes a head-turning decision. Plus, Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) bombshell leaves Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) rattled. 

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is suspicious of Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Later, Jordan receives an offer. It seems like Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) takes the bait.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will make a shell-shocking discovery. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) questions Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Also, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) makes a request to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
