‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Alexis Faces Sidwell, Sonny’s Heart Surgery, Marco Explains

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 21, 2025, are in! Fans can expect Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to confront Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) prepares for heart surgery. Plus, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) tries to explain things to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Alexis Davis Faces Jenz Sidwell

Next week, fans can expect Alexis to get an unexpected and unnerving visitor. Right after Sonny told Alexis and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) that Marco was Sidwell’s son, things blew up for the Port Charles newcomer. 

Next, Sidwell shows up at the law office. The villain tells Alexis that it would be foolish not to hire Marco. 

Speaking of Marco, he will also be confronted by Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). While Marco tries to explain, Lucas only has one question. Did Marco already know who he was in Miami before they met?

Sonny Corinthos’ Heart Surgery

During the week of April 21, fans will also see Sonny get ready to go under the knife. Sonny needs a pacemaker put in for his heart condition. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) insists on going with Sonny.

However, Sonny will be totally vulnerable while under the knife. Thanks to Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), Sidwell now knows about Sonny’s heart surgery.

Willow Tait Corinthos’ Roadblock

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Willow issues a plea to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the middle of the week. If Willow wants peace with Carly, she probably won’t get it. The next day, Carly and Jason clash. 

As the week progresses, Willow faces some kind of roadblock. Does this have anything to do with the papers she signed for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?

Now, here is the good part. By the end of the week, Willow is caught off guard by Drew’s reaction to something. That could be a turning point for Willow. Maybe she finally sees her “savior” for the sleazeball he really is.

The fact that Willow already signed those papers could come back to haunt her, though. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) makes a bold move.

Fans can also expect Jason to get the truth from Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) don’t see eye to eye. 

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) doles out some tough love to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has some words of caution for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) ends up needing medical attention. Also, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) faces off with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
