‘GH’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 4: Putting On The Pressure, Trust And Doubt, Lives Destroyed!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, June 4 tease putting on the pressure, trust and doubt, and lives destroyed!

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) puts on the pressure, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) talks trust and doubt, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) confirms her life’s destroyed.

Putting On The Pressure

Anna puts the pressure on Jack Brennan, (Chris L. McKenna) telling him she really feels like she’s onto something. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Several days ago she’d bumped into Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) and had a drink with him, and picked up on something.

She knows that her granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) got kicked out of the same college out west that Dalton came from and now he’s at PCU.

Little does Anna know that Brennan’s already got his WSB eyes on Dalton, and that’s why Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) got the job as his assistant instead of Emma.

And she’s not the only one with suspicions-Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) put out some feelers with Dalton as well, as she’s “undercover” working with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Trust And Doubt

Gio is very hurt and confused by the events of the past few days, and who can really blame him, as he and Emma are at the Metro Court Pool?

He feels like his whole life has been a lie and even his beloved adoptive mother lied on her deathbed, albeit lies of omission.

Emma is still standing by him and is committed to go wherever he goes, and he tells her the only person that he trusts now is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

But now, he’s not even sure about that, and full of doubt-Emma may wonder if he trusts her, although his confiding in her seems to confirm he does.

Gio is also full of anger, the kind of anger mixed with betrayal and confusion-but Emma won’t desert him, he should take some comfort in that fact.

Laura And Sonny Talk About Family Matters

Elsewhere, Sonny and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) talk about family matters-she tells Sonny this thing could have huge repercussions; but which thing are they talking about?

It’s quite possible that the whole Gio-Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) Brook Lynn-Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) situation is the topic of discussion.

After all, Dante’s his son, Lulu’s her daughter, and Laura herself was taken from her adoptive family by her birth mother when she was even younger than Gio!

Laura knows that Lulu was smack dab in the middle of this exposé and should have kept her nose out of it. For sure, Laura’s heart goes out to Gio as much as Sonny’s does, because her life was upended in the same way.

Very Nosy Questions!

Meanwhile, back at the courthouse at Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) divorce hearing-child custody case, Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) asking very nosy questions!

He’s put Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) on the stand for cross examination, and asks her under oath, “When was the last time you and Mr. Corinthos had sex?”

No doubt Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has given him information she got from the bartender at the Red Dog Bar on Halloween night, having put two and two together.

Nina didn’t want to implicate her once fake daughter who she’s come to care about again to make Michael look bad and swing the custody case towards her daughter.

However, it may not have been Nina who gave him this information-she’d confided in his girlfriend Ava Jerome (Maura West) previously!

Lives Destroyed!

After relationships with her mother, grandmother, and newly realized son seem to have been broken irretrievably, Brook Lynn lashes out at Lulu!

She’s disowned Lois and Gloria Cerullo (Rena Sofer, Ellen Travolta) only to have Gio disown her. Brook Lynn is highly upset as she says to her years-long rival, “You have always wanted to destroy my life, and you have finally succeeded!”

Lulu never meant for Gio to overhear her confrontation of Lois in that dressing room at the Nurses’ Ball. But what’s done is done, and now she’s lost Dante too as a result of the exposé she felt she must do!
