‘GH’ Spoilers Wednesday, April 9: Coming Clean, Bad News, Confidential Confessions

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, April 9 tease coming clean, bad news, and confidential confessions. Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) considers coming clean, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has bad news, and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) has a confidential confession for her dad.

Coming Clean

General Hospital spoilers note that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Brook Lynn try to make peace during Wednesday’s show. Lois observes a very sad-faced Brook Lynn as she tells her it sounds to her like she’s leaning toward coming clean. Brook Lynn and her husband Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) had a long talk, and he advised if she’s going to keep this secret she has to get rid of the pain.

Everyone can tell there’s something really hurtful bothering her and sooner or later they may figure it out. Has Brook Lynn come to the conclusion that she needs to come clean and tell Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about their grown child?

Bad News

Across town, Curtis and Mayor Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) are having lunch together as he tells an alarmed Laura he has some bad news! This has to have something to do with the issues surrounding Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota),and the Esplanade plans that Laura denied?

They wanted to use Pier 55 where Corinthos Coffee is presently located. Perhaps Councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) has gotten his fingers into it too! Between the three of them, Boyle and Drew have been making themselves the worst problems for Laura and the city of Port Charles! It’s just one thing after another that Laura has to deal with!

Cody Bell Confronts Lulu Spencer

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 9 note that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will confront Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) at the Quartermaine stables. He approached her after Dante left during the Tuesday, April 8 show, having overheard Lulu and Dante arguing and told her he knew a con when he saw one! Lulu asks if should she tell him how she feels, during a clip from tomorrow’s preview.

She’s obviously referring to Dante. The truth is always a good place to start, but sometimes it’s difficult when one’s started with lies or omissions. Then there’s a lot of explaining to do and a lot of mistrust to try and overcome!

Jordan Ashford Updates Isaiah Gannon

Elsewhere, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) updates Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) on the latest news. She tells him during the promo for Wednesday’s show, “Guess who asked me if he can see me”?

That’s likely to be Sidwell, and Isaiah won’t go along with that! But Jordan had explained to Isaiah that she knew what she was doing; before she was a deputy mayor she was a DEA agent, and a police commissioner after that! Still, with what Isaiah knows about Sidwell from back  in Africa, he’s not going to be able to help but be worried! Jordan might ought to pack a gun just in case!

Alexis Davis Is Thrown For A Loop

In the meantime, back in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) law office, Ava Jerome (Maura West) has stopped by. Perhaps that would  more properly be described as “barged in”! Alexis had told her to leave but she refused, saying she had important information that could affect Kristina’s future! Of course, she’s there to blackmail Alexis with her knowledge, and she tells her Kristina tried to kill her and she can prove it!

 She likely has the security tape video that’s now on her phone, leaving no doubt to Alexis. Alexis looks skeptical now, but when she sees that, she’ll be thrown for a loop!

Confidential Confessions

Lastly, General Hospital spoilers note that Kristina will spend time with her father during the April 9 episode. She’ll tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) she has a confession to make.

In addition, she’ll plead with her father, but will the confession be about her cutting the brake lines on Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) car, when she meant to cut Ava’s?  Or will it be about something else; maybe, she’ll confess that she wishes Sonny would go ahead and have his heart surgery! It’s not likely she’ll confess her crime, considering it could cause considerable stress to her father.
