GH Spoilers Wednesday, April 30: Praise Reports, Problems Solved, Patient Advice

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, April 30 tease praise reports, problems solved, and “patient advice”!

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gives a praise report, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) reports a problem solved, and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) gets some “patient advice”.

Praise Report

Portia has nothing but praise for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about her plan to hire Jacinda (Paige Herschell) to seduce Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Portia tells Nina that her plan to hire Jacinda was pure genius-after she dosed him with the ketamine Portia procured, he went wild and made a scene!

He put Jacinda up on the bar at the Savoy, poured a drink in her belly button and licked it out in front of a club full of people!

This will get him lots of unwanted publicity, especially since Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) was there filming it on her phone, among others-she’s pitching it to The Banner!

She was sitting with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) who wasn’t surprised a bit, having been paid by him to keep his mouth shut about another scandal, which was partially revealed later.

Problems Solved

Elsewhere, Curtis reports to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that her Drew problem may have been solved and solved by Drew himself!

Curtis will document everything that went down at the Savoy that night with Drew and the “mystery woman”.

Laura may have heard this from others, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) among others who was there talking to Curtis and Portia at the time.

Jordan had been concerned about this incident not being good for her new Chief Operating Officer job with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

That stands to reason, since Sidwell has been wanting the piers Corinthos Coffee is on as well as Drew and Councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) for the Esplanade.

“Patient Advice”

In the meantime, in a hospital room at GH, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sits by Kai’s bedside as he’s getting ready to be taken in for his risky surgery.

Trina tells him he can stop this at any time, but he’s not going to tell her what she wants to hear.

Kai is determined to have the surgery, even though Portia warned him she didn’t recommend he went through with it.

Kai had better hope that the surgery works, or at least that he isn’t left with irreversible side effects, or even worse!

Portia warned him that one patient who underwent the procedure didn’t live through it, and other was paralyzed for life!

Interview Subject

Back to that article Lulu intended to pitch to the Banner, she already has a person she wants to interview-it could be Cody.

She might want to know about what he witnessed and was paid off by Drew even though the damage was done-this was the night at the Black Dog bar when he got drunk.

He picked a fight with Drew who already was there and also told publicly that Drew had slept with Willow’s mother Nina before he slept with Willow.

It does sound like it could be relevant to Lulu’s article, although Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will also vent to her.

Carly Updates Jason

Elsewhere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) updates Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on what happened at the hospital in Los Angeles.

She tells him if Brick (Stephen A. Smith) had shown up five seconds later, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would be dead!

Brick reentered the room where Sonny was recovering after his heart surgery to see a fake nurse attempt to inject his IV line with syringe.

He shot the fake nurse before she could shoot him, but also told Carly he found a legitimate nurse minus her uniform tied up in a room! That’s when he came back and saved Sonny’s life.

Willow Returns Home To A Shocking Sight

Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) returns home to a shocking sight, and it’s probably a naked Drew and Jacinda in their bed!

She enters the room and a look of anger comes on her face-it’s certainly not the homecoming she expected! And where are the children, off somewhere with the nanny or possibly in other bedrooms?

What will happen; will Willow snap and attack the ill-fated couple? Will Nina and Portia’s plot have the desired effect, of seeing Drew for what he really is?
