‘GH’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 20: Unlikely Parters, Last Minute Ball Date, Unpleasant Surprises, Solving Problems

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, May 20 tease last minute ball dates, unpleasant surprises, and solving problems.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) finds a “last minute ball date”, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) an unpleasant surprise, and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) a solution to a problem.

On The Red Carpet

As the Nurses’ Ball begins, people-and a llama-start filing in on the red carpet as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) can be heard saying “It’s going to be a wild night”!

Of course the llama is led by Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) arrive next. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Then Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) come in together. Lucy will find herself fielding a crisis, according to GH spoilers-might the crisis be llama-related?

Last Minute “Ball Date”

Cody finds himself a last minute “ball date” although it’s really not a date, since he and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) are just friends.

He extends his arm and asks “care to walk with me” as she looks beautiful in her long red dress.

Rumor has it that others will mistake Cody and Molly for a couple, even though they’re merely “a couple” of friends. Perhaps others see something between Cody and Molly they haven’t realized for themselves yet.

Unpleasant Surprises

In the meantime, Molly’s parents, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Alexis are at Alexis’ house when she gets an unpleasant surprise.

Perhaps it’s Ric who’s the unpleasant surprise since she doesn’t seem exactly happy to see him!

In fact, she tells him that he may not like where this ends-she’s likely referring to the blackmail by himself and Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Now they aren’t the only ones who know about the blackmail. Alexis confessed it to Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) last week-will this be one of the secrets forecast to explode at the Nurses’ Ball?

Timely Arrival

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are at the Quartermaine mansion ready to go to the Nurses’ Ball, as they’re all dressed up in their tuxes.

Suddenly Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) arrives, and she’s dressed to the nines as well as she announces she guesses she got there just in time!

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) are also dressed up and are gawking at Dante and Chase as Lulu arrives.

Soon, it will be time to head out to the Metro Court where the ball is being held. It promises to be full of surprises and shocks!

Solving Problems

Anna appears to be backstage at the ball as she gets an idea, and tells Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) she thinks she might have just solved their problem. Anna and Felicia appear to be working together again on some kind of operation.

There are plenty of secret operations going on behind the scenes in Port Charles, and some local criminals might wind up busted.

It takes two to tango, but Anna’s probably not talking about the dance as she and Felicia team up. There will be a tango but someone else is dancing it for a change instead of Anna!

Chase Is Shocked And Blindsided

Elsewhere, Chase is shocked and blindsided as he gets a sudden phone call, it looks like he’s just arrived at the ball.

He’s supposed to be dancing the tango with Molly to Gio’s playing violin, but perhaps it may be delayed a little bit.

He’s shocked as he asks the person on the other end, “You want me to WHAT?” Perhaps his call is related to Drew’s call to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) telling him he remembered who drugged him?
