GH Spoilers: Trina & Kai Steamy Night Bad Omen – Botched Surgery & Baby Bombshell Ahead?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that fans can’t help but feel as if Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) upcoming surgery could end in disaster.

While the college football star is hopeful he’ll be back on the field in no time, the worry he could end up paralyzed – or worse – seems to be looming. Unfortunately, Kai’s moving ahead with things, despite the red flags, so what happens next?

Trina & Kai Hit The Sheets!

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 28 to May 2 indicate that Kai will prep for his surgery and will also hit the sheets with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), prior to the procedure.

Kai and Trina are a cute couple, and despite not seeing eye-to-eye on the surgery Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is paying for, it looks like they’ll decide to take their romance to the next level. Still, it’s hard for fans to shake that something bad is on the horizon for Kai.

After all, it’s been mentioned multiple times that patients before him who have had this procedure done have ended up paralyzed or have passed away.

A Double Whammy

Trina ending up pregnant wouldn’t necessarily be a “disaster”; she’s an adult now and while she hasn’t finished her studies, she has a family and friend support system that she could lean on. She may not be planning for a child right now, but she could handle motherhood.

With that said, it would be horrible if she ended up pregnant and Kai ended up paralyzed from his surgery … or worse! It’s highly unlikely he’ll pass away from the procedure, although anything is possible in the land of Port Charles.

Still, the drama of Trina expecting a child, and all the craziness that would go with that, might be too much to bear if her baby daddy was dealing with life-changing mobility issues!

Are you excited for Kai and Trina? While it’s nice they’ll hit the sheets, here’s hoping his surgery doesn’t end in disaster!
