GH Spoilers: Tracy Quartermaine’s Apology Changes Everything

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) apology to Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) brought the Quartermaine’s back together after healing some old wounds. Could Ronnie now be considered a member of the family and come back some time in the future?

Tracy Quartermaine’s Change Of Heart

Tracy admitted to everyone that she was wrong in the November 6 episode of General Hospital.

Tracy has spent weeks not trusting Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) estranged sister, Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak).

However, Tracy finally offered a heartfelt apology that restored peace to the Quartermaine family and stunned Port Charles.

Tracy’s apology was a turning point for both Tracy and Ronnie. These two may not share history, but they came to a new understanding as people who loved Monica and brought peace and harmony to the Quartermaine family.

Ronnie forgives Tracy and prepares to take the money Monica left her to go find a house in her favorite part of North Carolina.

What Happened Between These Two Characters?

Tracy asked Ronnie to come to the mansion so they could clear the air befoer Ronnie packed up and left Port Charles. No one truly expected what they saw from this exchange.

Things began on a normal note between these two, defensive, awkward, and edged with frustration. Ronnie accused of being arrogant and cruel while Tracy claimed to be trying to protect the family’s legacy.

However, the truth of the matter is that it’s Tracy’s house and Monica gave it to her. Ronnie used one of Monica’s favorite lines that came as a shock to Tracy.

Tracy froze and it was something only Monica would say. Of course, hearing it said by Monica’s sister certainly stripped away Tracy’s defenses.

Tracy finally saw Ronnie as a human being who was grieving a shared loss. Tracy then softened her tone and begin to show true remorse for everything that has transpired between them.

Tracy apologized for not allowing Ronnie the opportunity to mourn her sister appropriately and apologizes for assuming the worst of her.

Tracy Quartermaine Actually Showed Compassion

This truly showed that Tracy is not still the selfish person she has always been, believing she was entitled to treat Ronnie the way she did.

Tracy has always acted on her pride and control when it came to the Quartermaines, alienating whoever was in her way or that she could blame for everything going wrong.

Tracy has now actually seen someone else’s point of view and been sympathetic with them. Ronnie came to town searching for a connection, for someone who loved her sister as well as she did.

Now these ladies have made up and admit that Monica’s spirit has brought them together. Has Monica started a lasting friendship for Tracy so she will always have another connect to her that she didn’t expect? Will Ronnie be back to visit the family in the future?
