GH Spoilers Monday, December 1: Drew’s Wedding Day Redo, Chase Tempts Fate, Gio’s Quartermaine Thanksgiving

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has a wedding day redo, while Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) tempts fate.

Plus, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) answers the door at the Quartermaine Thanksgiving!

Thursday And Friday Preempts

As usually happens this time of year, General Hospital will be preempted Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28. (Check Out Our Weekly Spoilers, HERE!)

That’s because of the Thanksgiving holiday in the US for Thursday, Canadian viewers will probably get a rerun. Friday, November 28 will have football-this time it will be Old Miss versus Mississippi State. 

It hasn’t been announced who might be emceeing the game, but GH viewers may wind up getting a peek at Stephen A. Smith in his regular job. Viewers know that he plays Brick on the ABC soap.

Drew’s Wedding Day Redo

At Drew’s house, there will be a wedding day redo as he has Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) officiate the ceremony for himself and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Drew is happy, although Willow looks pensive and unsure of herself as he says “This is our wedding day, it’s going to be perfect”.

Willow will indeed walk down the aisle, although it may merely be a path through the living room!

Her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and great aunt Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will be there, although Nathan Reeves (Ryan Paevey) is working a case and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) isn’t shown.

However, Willow’s friend and supervisor Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is expected to attend.

Nina Has A Suggestion

Even though Nina said she’d support Willow in her decision to marry Drew previously, it looks like she’s giving Willow an out by making a suggestion.

Perhaps she’s picking up on her daughter’s doubt and hesitation  as she says “We can walk out of here right now!’  But, all indications are that Willow will go through with this wedding-since it will make her look better in court.

After all, if she had shot Drew, why would she marry him-and more importantly, why hasn’t she finished the job?

Drew made a good point in that if he trusts her enough to remarry her, that he doesn’t suspect that she shot him!

Chase Tempts Fate

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) tells her husband that he’s the one who’s tempting fate!

There was some discussion about Chase being the one to roast the turkey this time, even though for years, it’s always wound up pizza for Thanksgiving!

Brook Lynn said previously that it’s the Quartermaine Thanksgiving curse, every time someone tried to prepare a proper Thanksgiving meal, something happened to ruin it!

And what’s even worse, there doesn’t seem to be a single “Danger, Man In Kitchen” sign anywhere on the property!

Jordan And Curtis Talk About Thanksgiving

In the meantime, it’s plan that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are outside, as the two of them talk about Thanksgiving.

Jordan tells Curtis that they both have a lot to be thankful for, and that is the truth. Curtis recovered from his disabling injury and has been walking for a long time, and Jordan, so far, has been safe in her undercover op regarding Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Curtis thinks he’s going to be a new father, and he’s very excited about that. However, the truth remains to be seen!

Portia Is Happy To See Isaiah

At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is happy to see Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) who’s smiling as broadly at her as she is at him!

She asks, “so, what are you doing here?” According to General Hospital spoilers, Isaiah will make some kind of sacrifice-maybe he’s just sacrificed his Thanksgiving holiday. It’s likely that Portia volunteered to work, so she didn’t have to deal with Thanksgiving at the Ashford’s.

It sounds like perhaps Isaiah did the same thing, possibly not having anywhere to spend Thanksgiving anyway.

Stella Talks About Revenge

In the meantime, Stella Henry (Verneé Watson) seems cranky, as she tells someone, “That’s all the revenge you need!”

Revenge may well be a dish that’s best served cold, but it’s doubtful it’s appropriate for Thanksgiving leftovers! Perhaps she’s reiterating to someone how she tore into Drew at the Port Charles Grill when she and Curtis spotted him with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).

Revenge really doesn’t seem like a topic appropriate for the Thanksgiving holiday. However, Stella is making it part of her conversation anyway.

Trina Is Shocked

Did Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) hear what Auntie Stella said about revenge as she entered the room with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup)?

She looks shocked as she asks, “What did you just say?” Kai looks a little stunned himself as they both look in the direction of the speaker.

Circling back to Curtis, where exactly are he and Jordan talking-is that the revenge that Stella is talking about, and did Trina spot them together?

Gio’s Quartermaine Thanksgiving

Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Gio answers the door and seems surprised to see someone-make that confused! It’s not someone he appears happy to see; might it be Nathan trying to track down his suspect? 

However, it’s probably not Nathan since Gio looks downwards, meaning it’s someone who’s shorter than Gio.

Perhaps Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) has shown up for Thanksgiving? With Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) supposedly on a WSB op, and Mac and Felicia Scorpio (John J. York, Kristina Wagner) probably with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) she has to be somewhere!
