GH Spoilers: Josslyn’s Life-Threatening Injury During Dalmatia Mission Derails Everything

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that it was heavily hinted that things could go very wrong during Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) Dalmatia mission.

After all, during the Tuesday, August 5 episode, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) offered Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) info on the recon mission that Joss was taking, along with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

The former WSB spy voiced her worry regarding the young girl’s safety and how things could go wrong – so let’s talk about it!

Anna Devane’s Worry Foreshadows Disaster

Fans know all too well that Anna’s concern could be foreshadowing an impending disaster.

While Brennan believes this recon mission is “standard”, Anna reminded him that things often go wrong when it comes to even the easiest WSB assignments. Brennan brushed the warning off, which is a soapy, sure-fire sign that something may go wrong.

Plus, considering Brennan’s the one who recruited Joss behind his girlfriend, Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) back, if Joss were to get hurt, the proverbial poop would hit the fan in Brennan’s world.

Mystery Boss Is Still A Mystery

At the end of the day, Josslyn is heading to the 5 Poppies resort, the very place Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). It’s hard not to imagine that Britt won’t recognize Josslyn, and since she and Vaughn are going under aliases, Britt may report back to her mystery boss.

She’ll want to protect Joss, and while Britt seemingly has a nice rapport with this unknown man, he may be dangerous, even though Britt doesn’t see him like that.

Brennan is monitoring the situation, but he can’t be by Joss and Vaughn’s side 24/7. If Britt tells her boss that Josslyn is a fake, could he take matters into his own hands? Could Joss be targeted by this mystery boss’s goons? What if she gets cornered? What if she gets shot at?

Even a kidnapping could cause life-threatening injuries in the aftermath of things, so if this happens, how will Josslyn explain the situation to her mom?
