GH Spoilers: Carly’s Explosive Clash With Brennan as Josslyn Falls for WSB Agent Vaughn

General Hospital spoilers and updates indicate that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be furious about S. Vaughn’s (Bryce Durfee) position with the WSB.

You know that Carly will take Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) to task for allowing Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to date an agent – not knowing that her own daughter is one as well!

Vaughn Has Just Been Promoted, And He’s Staying Right There In Port Charles

General Hospital fans are aware that Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard) was revealed as a mole and subsequently removed, leaving Brennan in need of a second-in-command.

As a result, Brennan has elevated Vaughn to the position of new deputy station chief now that Colette is out of the picture.

With Vaughn’s days of being undercover behind him, Brennan intends to be transparent about Vaughn’s WSB affiliation.

It’s certain that Carly will discover who has taken Colette’s place and will have a major meltdown over it. When Josslyn returns home, she will need to  strive to maintain her cover story.

Josslyn May Promise Carly That Her Flirtation With Vaughn Is In The Past

Josslyn may also give Carly the assurance that after taking this time for herself, she’s ready to leave Vaughn behind.

Carly might be relieved to hear this, as she was somewhat concerned about Josslyn dating an older man who had her competing with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

Still, Carly believes Vaughn is just a random maintenance guy from PCU- Vaughn’s connection to the WSB is going to come as a major surprise to Carly very soon.

It’s easy to imagine Carly finding Vaughn in Brennan’s office and being completely thrown for a loop.

Carly may demand explanations from Brennan, who will likely admit that Vaughn has been a key player in the WSB for quite some time.

Brennan May Remind Carly Some Things Have To Stay Secret

Brennan might point out to Carly that sometimes he has to keep secrets for the sake of missions, but Carly will still be furious because he allowed Vaughn to date Josslyn.

Even if Vaughn claims it was just part of his assignment and insists that it’s over now, Carly will still be hurt. This will feel like a huge betrayal from Jack, but she might eventually calm down and accept Brennan’s lies.

However, this will only make things worse when Brennan’s even more serious secret comes to light later on. Josslyn is part of the WSB, so Carly is bound to discover that eventually and will absolutely lose her cool!
